living here will include the following; -running water being out for hours or days on end WITHOUT warning -power being out for hours on end WITHOUT warning (resulting in spoiled months worth of food) THIS WILL HAPPEN CONSTANTLY POWER AND WATER OUTAGES … with zero warning FOR HOURS OR DAYS ON END WITH ZEROOOO APOLOGIES OR UNDERSTANDING -karen neighbors who will ask for proof of your name and apt number when you’re trying to walk your dog -limited parking spots that will allow you to get towed overnight by a towing company they apparently do not know the name of -repair/ maintenance men asking for a copy of your front door to “complete work” (this is widely unacceptable in all other apartment complexes due to safety) THIS AREA/ PROPERTY / & STAFF IS NOT WORTH A DIME WHAT THEY CHARGE THEIR RESIDENTS SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Lived here for about 7 years and it wasn’t bad. Overall a nice community, but there are numerous nuisance residents. Watch out for the fake priest, kinda creepy. Had my tackle box stolen while fishing at the pond. My roommate had his Jeep spare tire stolen. Management was awesome with Mike and Sherry of MGM Realty but the new company is terrible. Before buying meet some of the residents, just not nice human beings and worse neighbors. Really bad alley cat problem too, there is a guy that feeds them at the exit gate, not cool.

Quiet and tranquil. Always kept up, grass cut, pond clean,.... Let's keep it that way. :)
