Steve has thorough knowledge for troubleshooting the AC unit. He had the AC parts to repair the unit and after a few hours of work the AC cooled my apt. Thank you Steve for coming out on a Sunday .

We had a wonderful experience living at Mission Oaks for the past year and highly recommend this community. From day one, the leasing office staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional. Any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which made living here stress-free and comfortable. The apartments are well-designed, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for daily life. The grounds are beautifully maintained, creating a pleasant and peaceful environment throughout the community. One of our favorite amenities was the swimming pool, which is clean, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the warm weather. We truly enjoyed our year here and would not hesitate to recommend Mission Oaks to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.
