Mission at Medical Apartments

Fisrt off my name Daniel most know me by Rollo ive been here for two years and some change they have refused to take care of anything here i have soo much wrong with my apt they dont care! Sink has been half assed bo light no air conditioning there are gaint cracks in the floor no vents no fire alarms no cocking in certain places drawwers are missing cables loose wires avrywhere the dishwasher overflowing no door handels most doors dont lock plugs have no front panel and their washer and dryere allways dirty or dont work im calling housing authorities on thrursday ive been here for two years iva had to by two air conditioners 5 or 6 fans while still keeping up with my rent im done sometimes i just wanna kill myself because this diabolical

This has been the worst apartment experience I have ever had. The units are severely infested with roaches — they were even inside the clock display on the stove to the point that I couldn’t see the numbers. They also get into the microwave and other appliances. There was no hot water for the entire two years I lived there. Maintenance requests were repeatedly ignored. On the rare occasion that maintenance showed up, the technician knocked and left within seconds before I even had time to answer the door. Management is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic communication skills. Different staff members provide conflicting information, and there is no consistency when addressing concerns related to rent payments, the online portal, maintenance issues, water problems, or the ongoing pest infestation. In all my time there, I never once saw an exterminator regularly servicing the complex. I strongly advise others not to consider moving here. Living here caused constant stress and frustration. Please take this as a serious warning before signing a lease!

I think my last review was deleted. But I haven’t had hot or even warm water since June 2025 I was told it was going to be fixed over and over again and nothing had happened. We now have new owners and the office staff if horrible. I asked when the hot water would be fixed they said a by the end of the week that was 3 weeks ago I went in to ask again and the lady told me nobody there has hot water so I’m not the only one and they will fix it when they get the parts . Also since I’ve made a big deal about it. I got a lease violation for “noise” . Last time I went into the office the “office manager “ said to lock the doors because they don’t need people like me coming in complaining then laughed about it .

The new management and staff have been amazing. After a period that almost felt like abandonment for many residents, it’s reassuring to finally see genuine care, effort, and a strong focus on resolving issues in a timely manner. They’re not just talking about improvements—they’re actually getting things done, including a whole new facelift for the apartment complex. It’s refreshing to see management that takes pride in the community and truly cares about its residents. Definitely a positive change. They definitely have my patience and appreciation.

Just wanna say thank you Celena!! I know everyone sees A mix of reviews here, but Kristy’s team is awesome! Celena went above and beyond for me and got me a nice apartment perfectly under my budget. Very friendly staff and I see a lot of the residents here feel at home, which is a very good sign. Don’t hesitate to stop by and get yourself A great priced apartment! Glad I found my new home and feel very comfortable Thank you guys. Once again you guys are all awesome. ♥️🙏🏼
