Very clean, apartments are beautiful and comfortable. They have a pool, dog park, two arcade machines in the front and very helpful staff!!

Ryan is the best! He was very friendly, informative, and accommodating to all of my needs. Give that guy a raise! 😎

First impression review: We just moved in and Estela helped us out from start to finish of the renting process, from out of state too. My husband is in the air force and scheduling can be hard, especially with changes in times. Estela stayed after hours after hearing about our nightmare 2 day move from Arizona and was so patient and kind explaining everything. I'm really grateful for her and even Erica for helping my husband and I coordinate a time for our arrival and meet up to pay. Will update when we experience the apartment complex more and such! Update: We have been here for 1 week and notice the dog park has an excessive amount of dog feces and smell is overwhelming. When asking residents about the maintainance of the park, they said it was not maintained. I took the time (2 hours) to clean it up and let the office manager and staff know about my health concerns for dogs and residents and I was laughed at over the phone by the office manager. Ryan and Estela were actually kind and understanding of my concerns though. I asked the property manager if the park could be maintained and he let me know it could not be maintained daily because he only has 3 maintainance people, but could possibly weekly, but for sure will be maintained monthly. I understand owners need to clean up their own dog feces, but ultimately enforcement of rules and maintainance of property responsibility resides with the property owners. I asked for compensation for my time and efforts to waive some portion of the amenity fee since they cannot for certain maintain it weekly and was told by the property manager that resident's amenity fee did not pay for the dog park amenity maintainance and that was standard practice of all properties. Overall, kind of bizarre interaction with the property manager, Mario. I asked for the corporate number for more clarity on this policy and am waiting to hear back. Most importantly, please clean up after your pet. It's our responsibility as a dog owner. Let's keep the world a cleaner and safer place and we shouldn't need to rely on the property to police us and do what we are supposed to do. They're a dog friendly apartment, let's not take advantage of them and let's keep it dog friendly. Another update: Apartment gates arent working for the 2 weeks we've been here. Truck got broken into, police are involved. 3 stars for nice apartment so far and the friendly office staff and maintainance staff we experienced.
