Melissa Ranch Apartments

Overall experience has been great! From the time I toured the property to now moving in Ryan and Estella have made the process of finding a place so easy. The team at the leasing office has kept in contact through my move-in date to to provide any assistance with any issues. The maintenence manager and team also been very helpful by getting to repairs quickly and answering any questions I may have. I also appreciate the fact that I have recieve notice when and if workorders have been started or finished and given a follow up call if everything is in working condition. The area is a great location for work and everyone is friendly.

Great apartment overall. The place is clean, quiet, and well maintained. Management is responsive and maintenance requests get handled quickly. Location is convenient and parking has never been an issue. I’ve had a good experience living here and would recommend it to family and friends.

Just wrapped up my second lease and realized I never wrote a review. The property is great but what really made it special was the staff. Ryan, Estala, Erica, everyone has been super helpful and kind. I don't know their names but every person on the maintenance team has been responsive, quick, professional, helpful, and solved every problem as quick as possible. I've had some negative experiences with other apartments so it's a breath of fresh air with the team here at Melissa ranch!

The Melissa Ranch Apartments here on 4500 Pue Road, (78245) have an excellent staff and are always super helpful and friendly. The pool and gym are big and always clean. The neighborhood is mostly quiet and respectful. For my first apartment I enjoy the modern look and the overall experience of applying and moving in.

Installed two small dusty window units as the AC went out. They are pretty great at making sure things work out well. They offer free movers for 2 hours MRA; CONS *services to apt. take a week to get done (AC parts/ washer dryer plus install) *personal experience: AC broke, apt. Is steady at 80. no offer to stay at another apt. While the part gets order. Only two small window units barely cooling. EDIT they added another unit now it’s 79. You can’t get movers for Or 2 hours if you used an APT. locator ADVICE: *interact with staff in person not phone or online *take your time looking at apartments and ask for carpet cleaning *take pictures of any broken items *post your review so they can really hear our experiences
