I've lived at MedWest for almost a year, and I honestly can't say enough good things, especially about the manager. She is incredibly thoughtful and genuinely cares about the residents here. She decorates, sets up events that actually bring people together, and it just adds a real personal touch to the place. Any time something comes up, whether it’s maintenance or a question, she makes sure it’s handled within a day. That level of responsiveness is so rare, especially when I hear from friends at nearby apartments who are constantly dealing with delays, messy common areas, or maintenance that just doesn’t get done. MedWest really stands out because you can tell the people here care. It’s clean, it’s well-managed, and it feels like home. I feel lucky to live in a place where the manager truly loves her job and it shows.

I love this property. They have amazing management, and it’s a great complex in the medical center. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the market for an apartment in the area.

I’ve been living at MedWest Apartments for almost four years, and I couldn’t be happier! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is always helpful and responsive, ensuring that any maintenance requests are handled quickly. The location is perfect, especially if you work in the Medical Center area—everything you need is just minutes away. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, making it feel like home. The neighbors are friendly, and I’ve always felt safe living here. I honestly have no desire to move anywhere else. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to live, I highly recommend MedWest Apartments!

We’ve lived here just over 6 months and have really enjoyed it! Maintenance and management have been very quick to resolve any issues. The building feels very safe and anytime there is an issue with the gate (maybe once every other month) it’s resolved within a day at most. We were super pleased with the cleanliness at move in and have had 0 pest issues which is rare for SA. The building is pretty quiet even on weekends which is also a plus. Biggest complaint is that the back gate on Snowden doesn’t open with the key fob since the signal is too far away, but that’s pretty minor and you can still exit from it. Overall, for safety and cleanliness this has been the best value by far in the med center and we plan on renewing here!

I recently toured MedWest and had a great experience with Kiana. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and offers a really good price point for the quality you get which is hard to find now. Kiana was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to accommodate my needs, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. She made the entire process smooth and enjoyable for me.
