If you value your health and legal rights, do not rent here. My unit has had unaddressed black mold for 3 months, forcing me to live in a tent in my own home. This complex is actively violating Texas Property Code § 92.052 (failing to repair conditions affecting tenant health/safety) and local San Antonio code enforcement standards. They are quick to collect rent but completely ignore state habitability laws. Renters beware."

When I first moved here the office staff was amazing now the people there are rude and never answer the phone. You have to leave a message. And god forbid you are late with your rent they slap an eviction notice on your door. The trees are mostly dead and the bugs are out of control. For the money they charge the property should look better than it does. Maintenance is ok but I think they are overwhelmed because the property is old and needs an update

I just moved here in march and since I’ve moved in my AC hasn’t been working as it should. At first I had to put in a request every week for someone to come fix it, since the last time they “fixed it” the AC only worked for one day. The temperature in the apartment won’t go below 74 and it has to be constantly running for it to even get that low. Summer is coming up and I have kids and I can not take the heat. Not to mention my electricity bill has increased like crazy. I’ve lived here for 3 months, uncomfortably and it seems my AC will never be fixed. Hopefully my next maintenance request is answered, now maintenance has been marking my requests as completed and not even trying to fix it.

Rude management, quit harassing people

Me and my husband have lived here for a two years and the staff, not particularly horrible or rude or careless but have been very very lackadaisical when it comes to our needs as tenants. In the past and recently we’ve had upstairs neighbors who have been rudely loud, careless and causing noise disturbances throughout all hours of the day and night and even when I showed proof in video recordings of how loud my current upstairs neighbors are the staff and even the and emailed them and actually talked to them directly, they never seemed to care or bothered to actually take initiative to address or solve this situation , including the manager. I believe that they just tell you that they’re doing everything they can but in reality they honestly don’t care at all.
