I went to the office for help with my renewal. Because of a bump in the road with my health, there are times simple tasks are difficult to complete. I walk in the office for help with the paperwork. Sandra stoped what she was doing to help me. We sat down and she went through the paperwork. She help redo one sheet and correct another. She made the appropriate copies and made me feel better about getting everything done correctly. Sandra was wonderful, sweet and kind to my needs. I will always appreciate her for everything she did for me that day.
