Laurel Apartments

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently moved into this apartment community and have had a great experience so far. The property is well-maintained, the move-in process was smooth, and everyone has been very welcoming. A special thank you to Lichelle, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. She answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what can be a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service like hers makes a huge difference, and it's one of the reasons I felt confident choosing this community. If you're looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend checking this property out and working with Lichelle. Thank you for making my move such a positive experience!

How is no one ever in the office? What do have office hours when no one stays in the duration? I want to send in my notice to vacate and need someone at the office because this is ridiculous!!

Worse place anybody can move into, Landlord Lichelle is never there, one can only find her early in the mornings between 8 to 10 after that she gone all day till close to 5. They don't like returning deposit or any money that don't belong to them either. Wouldn't recommend anyone to these apartments.
