My appreciation for the outstanding performance and teamwork here. The Management staff is 1st rate! Hats off to Katrina, and Mayra for helping me navigate thru the challenges of being a tenant who needed an Apartment Home in a part of San Antonio close to extended family members who have since moved on to their eternity rest. 🙏🏼 Originally from CA by way of NC.[ San Antonio TX a few stops b4.] So, finding HillCountry - That was 20 months ago! BTW The Office Staff, the Maintenance Guy Mr Mike, who is very knowledgeable & all are caring and especially kind, & listening to their clients. Already renewed 12 months. If you are searching, in SAT try em' you'll be glad that you have. Cheers!

Shout out to Mike Garcia and his team for the great service they provide! Several times I have needed to have something repaired quickly, like my oven or bathroom lighting, and it has always been taken care of the same day, usually within a few hours. He is very knowledgeable and has solved to take on some of the more difficult issues.

I can’t say enough good things about our apartment maintenance man, Mike Garcia. He is always professional, respectful, and genuinely cares about the residents. No matter the issue, he goes above and beyond to make sure repairs are done properly and in a timely manner. What really sets him apart is his willingness to help, even outside of normal working hours. One time we accidentally got locked out of our apartment, and he came to assist us after hours without hesitation. His kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed. He’s always friendly, approachable, and treats everyone with respect. Every apartment community would be lucky to have someone as hardworking and dependable as him. Thank you for all you do!

I've been a resident for a few months now. The move in process was a bit a janky and we had some miscommunication issues but ultimately everything was resolved and we were able to move in just fine. My 4 star review goes out to Mike. He is very respectful, explained everything clearly, did everything I needed fast and cleaned up after. I feel confident in sending a maintenance ticket knowing that what I need to live comfortably will be taken care of thanks to Mike.
