Heritage Plaza Apartments

So much praise to Jennifer! She was so amazing and helped answered so much questions looking into living here, she was so kind and sweet and made this place feel so comforting. I absolutely cannot get over how beautiful the plaza is I love how close everything is walking distance!

Worst apartments EVER!! Constant break ins & vandalized cars, don’t leave anything of value in your vehicles there let alone live there at all!! 0/10 recommend

I’ve really noticed a great change at Heritage Plaza lately. Ever since the new team came in, the office feels a lot more organized and welcoming. Jennifer and Ruth are always super friendly when I stop by, and Leah is quick to help with anything I need. You can tell Jessica, the manager, is keeping everything moving in the right direction. It’s been a really refreshing difference around here, and I’m glad to see the community heading the right way!

Avoid this property. I moved in this past January and have dealt with persistent, unresolved habitability issues ever since. Management has failed to address ongoing sanitation concerns and major maintenance problems that existed from my move-in date, including broken appliances like refrigerator, dishwasher and a clogged bathtub. Even the building's amenities are poorly maintained; I’ve encountered mold and neglected repairs in shared spaces that management fails to address in a timely manner. Despite constant communication and providing documentation, management has shown a complete lack of urgency. They continue to collect fees while offering no real solutions beyond forcing me to sign a new lease to move units. They do not value their residents. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
