Lived there for 2 1/2 years, vehicle broken into 7 times, no cameras in garage, roaches. When I left never returned a phone call or email, never sent me a bill. Sent account to collection agency who wont work with you. Management doesn't care and non responsive.

This place doesn't even deserve the one star I have to give in order to make a review. The worst experience I have ever had when looking for a place to call home. I went in and asked about a 2 bedroom on the 4th floor of possible I wanted a view if I was going to be downtown. She explained that she didn't have any 2 bedrooms available to show she only had 1 bedrooms. She said she had a 2 bedroom on the 4th floor that would be ready a week from then. Knowing this information I did an application and went to the nearest store to get a money order for the deposit and application fee.I gave her all my information and she said she would call a couple days later to tell me if I was approved. I was approved 2 days later. I packed up all my stuff in moving boxes and reserved a uhaul for the day I would be moving. Nobody ends up calling from the leasing office I waited the week and called her back she explained that the apartment wouldn't be ready for another 3 weeks now. Having already packed my things and made the deposit I decided to wait the 3 more weeks. Three weeks go by nobody calls from the leasing office so I call them she says the apartment won't be ready for another week! I then ask if I can just see the apartment that I will be moving into just because they haven't had one available to even show me. The pictures of the property look great online and it was a nice area of downtown I thought. Absolutely ridiculous! I go with her to see the apartment the property is disgusting. There are homeless people everywhere, every apartment door looks like it has either been kicked in or pryed open with a crowbar, the elevator smells like urine, the hallways smell like urine and have little homeless peoples hangouts in every corner of the hallways where they leave the drug paraphernalia after they use on property. I spoke with everyone in the office including the manager they have no idea what they are doing don't waste your time. They are advertising apartments that aren't even available.

You absolutely need a door camera living here, otherwise any packages delivered to your door will be stolen. Another issue with living here is that if you park in the garage your car is basically guaranteed to be damaged by other tenants who don't know how to drive.

The location is great for the price—walkable to the River Walk and Southtown—which is the main reason we stayed here for 4 years. But safety and maintenance were ongoing issues. Packages were regularly stolen, our cars were towed twice without reason (though refunded), and I avoided walking my dog at night after someone pointed a gun at me outside. The pool was often closed and frequently had algae, and the gym equipment was broken and never repaired. Management was usually rude and unhelpful, only responding after repeated and escalated follow-ups. If you live here, expect to rely on your own security and patience. The price and location are decent, but it’s hard to feel safe or supported in this complex.

This apartment complex has genuinely ruined my families life. We made the mistake of having a baby here. We were wrongfully towed in September the day of our babies due date which led to so much stress she gave birth late. After paying a chunk of change to get our car back, this set us back on rent, then in January as we were finally getting financially getting caught on rent, my car was illegally towed. I was parked within the lines and had a visible parking tag, regardless my car was taken from me and when I refused to pay and begged the apt complex to get my car back they refused and Big State Wreckers ended up selling my car. Without any form of transportation for me to get to my work in Austin, I became unable as the sole provider to pay rent for my family. I am now facing months in back rent and an eviction. Before this we had paid perfectly on time every month and never had an issue. We are trying to figure out how to defend ourselves against this corrupt and disgusting place. When we first moved in we had key fobs to open secure garage doors, now everything opens without a key fob giving our apt that’s directly in front of a garage door access to criminals. The gym is completely trashed and things have been stolen from it since the key fobs don’t work. The pool last summer stayed dark green and closed for almost the entire season. I am appalled and praying for God to give Justice to these atrocities.
