Management waited two months to deal with a roach infestation and now they’re annoyed they have to deal with it. Also my ‘newly renovated apartment’ doesn’t get cold when it’s cold outside, it keeps in the heat and I can’t have my windows open cause there’s no screen or security here. So I’m wasting money to keep myself from sweating because of how poorly build these apartments are😭 it’s awful to go outside and feel fresh air but be stuck with stuffy hot air inside, the worst

A big Thank you to Christopher (maintenance) for repairing the outlet in our restroom that 3 past maintenance guys couldn’t repair! He was able to fix it in just minutes.

VENDORS BEWARE! Difficulty paying vendors. We have multiple invoices (over $2500.00) unpaid. Attempts to collect have been ignored. We have made contact multiple times in an attempt to resolve this issue, but have not made any progress. This is how we feed our families. This is how we pay our staff. Please pay your bills.

Jenny from leasing and Chris from maintenance have been awesome. Jenny made the whole move-in process super easy and was always helpful and friendly. Chris has gone out of his way more than once to help with maintenance issues quickly and with a great attitude. Really appreciate both of them!
