I am updating my review for Firewheel Apartments after they have made a big turn around and the new management and maintenance team has found their swing! Before, I gave a 1 star review because of an emergency AC issue that was not resolved properly resulting in 24 hours of no AC in the TX summer heat. However, I am super happy to report that the maintenance team resolved the very same issue for me today in under 30 minutes. I love Firewheel for their excellent maintenance team and was very upset when they were all replaced as new management took over. But the new team has settled in and they have been beyond helpful since then. This is a great community to live in!

Love this Fire Wheel place!! I can not recommend the complex enough. Becky and the management staff are amazing, always professional and timely. Please make this complex your next home!!

The maintenance crew is always very quick to get things handled are very professional and so nice every time it’s so nice to know our needs for anything will be fixed in a timely manner and with a great attitude Thank you so much!!
