The property management / staff make promises but then don’t follow through. The reviewer says the property manager will tell you “anything you want to hear” just to get you to move in, Friendly or polite staff at first (“they talk nice”) but once you sign, things go wrong: unfulfilled promises, poor upkeep. • Hidden or unexpected fees (utilities, cable, parking, deposits). • Maintenance problems (AC, water, electric) that persist. • Mold, pests, cleanliness issues. • Communication breakdown: management not returning calls, ignoring maintenance requests. • After leaving: being hit with extra charges, or owed money not returned promptly Now it’s up to you to decide whether you move in or try to find the a better service

Horrible horrible! Don’t rent here. Charge you 85% of rent for not notifying them 60 days before lease ends. Charged carpet cleaning and deep clean! Sent the bill straight to collections only after a week! They have bad electrical problems none of the outlets work. Lights are always on & off. Not worth it

DON'T LIVE HERE!! I have lived here for 2 years, moved from 1 small apartment which the one they showed me, the model, was nowhere close to the one they gave me, first off. Their hot water/water kept going off every couple of months to where i have called the City of San Antonio to come and inspect. Second, after I move to the bigger apartment, lot of these apartments are poorly maintained. The maintenance guys don't fix things professionally and fix things like if they were hired off the street. They have come and fixed things multiple times because the same issue keeps happening. The hot water/electricity have gone off multiple times even in the bigger apartments. The people in the office are not professional, no matter how many people and management they keep firing and hiring. These people are money hungry. They told me an amount to stay/leave w/o giving 60 day notice, so i stayed to avoid fees, and right when my bill was due, I see more charges! They don't communicate and they're go to is "its on the contract" so becareful if you want to live here. Make sure you have them state something on an email or record them. Also, there is DUST MITES here! They're laundromat is covered in them and the apartments! They're filthy and have all sort of bugs. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS THE MOST TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!

These apartments are the worst apartments ever!!! We lived in 6901 then transferred to 6801 to a bigger apartment we wanted to enjoy but couldn’t because they have raccoons living in the attic! Smelled so horrible mind you they never wanted to do anything about it, I’m pretty sure raccoons still live there to this day, then when it was time to leave we had a problem with the lease with the manager ( let’s not even start with her) thinks she can just run all over people and disrespect! Don’t move here trust me save yourself!!! If you’re smart and see the 3 star review you won’t do it!!! I mean unless you want roommate raccoons and rude management who never does anything about anything literally then be my guest!

Well I wanted to say that I truly love my Townhome and address some of the negative comments that I have read. 1- I have read numerous comments about the "affordable rent the staff has sold them on, and how upset they are when it had changed to $600 more. I giggle at that because it is clear when you sign the lease I was given a complete breakdown of additional charges - keep in mind this is an all bills included facility- electric, water, valet trash, INTERNET The staff was very open and made sure I understood all the fees included- I was also told not the 1st month rent I would be paying but the second. Would be higher because of the allocated electricity and water- after that it drops back down $150/200. This was exactly correct the way I was told. 2- I have a service animal, I have seen a review that stated a deposit was charged. My experience is my fur baby had all the current and required documents which were given and loaded up online as requested. No fees at all were charged. Let me repeat that; NO ADDITIONAL fees were added to my lease for my service animal. 3- Now I will be addressing some of the Maintenance issues- Yes I am occasionally without water or electricity. If maintenance is needed an Email is sent out notifying affected tenants and what times to expect the water/electricity to be cut off and turned on. If it is an unexpected issue I do have a hard time getting through on the phone lines, ( I can't imagine how many other tenants are calling) I just go to the office and ask- the staff is super friendly and I have my answer ASAP If you need maintenance in your apartment you use the apartment website to notate the issue , they have 4 maintenance men and that is a good ratio to the number of buildings on site- I have always been happy with my turnaround time. This is my second year living here and I will be signing a third lease as well I love my neighbors I love the office staff I love the maintenance crew! Note: for the price everyone is complaining about you should check out the square footage- I went from my family's 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom townhome and have more square footage! I also have a patio downstairs and a walk out balcony on the master upstairs which also includes 2 closets in the master- super huge! Plenty of walk-in closets- just Amazing, I am so happy coming home here.
