Very well-kept property. Leasing office was professional and helpful throughout the application process. They guided us through all the amenities of the property and happily answered any questions. Application was smooth and got a quick decision. I am excited to move-in!

I’m new to the apartment complex, but so far I’m really loving it. The location is amazing—I’m just a short walk from downtown and the River Walk, with so much to do nearby. Having H-E-B just a few steps away is a huge bonus. The property is well maintained, and maintenance responded quickly when I had a concern. The front office staff has also been helpful while I am getting familiar with the property. I’m really looking forward to settling into my new apartment and getting to know downtown San Antonio.

My move to Encore SoFlo has been smooth and convenient. The property is well-located near downtown amenities and directly across from HEB, making everyday shopping easy without extra driving. The staff provided excellent support throughout the move-in process.

So far, we have had a great experience moving into Encore SoFlo! The application process was super easy and stress-free, which made everything start off on the right foot. The location is perfect—close to everything I need, from restaurants and nightlife to an H-E-B within walking distance from our unit. The apartments themselves are gorgeous, with modern fixtures and finishes that make the space feel warm and inviting- perfect for hosting our guests. Honestly, it’s been a smooth transition, and I’m really happy to call this place home. Highly recommend!

Great rental prices. It's a bit of a maze until you get familiar with the building. Pet friendly, nice Pool and gym. Lots of social events that include pets. Parking garage fills up pretty early. Very high ceilings and nice balconies. Nice Floorplans with plenty of space. The first floor is the only one that smells nice.
