The office staff has been very helpful. The apartments are so nice for the price!

Kaylee needs a raise! She greeted me warmly and really made me feel special! All of the staff are welcoming and helped me find the right apartment.

UPDATE: Management has let me know that they are building bike cages and there have not been issues with the gates in the last month! Elmira Flats are beautifully designed and feel extremely comfortable. They are brand new, so you don't have to worry about common issues like pests or mold. They units truly have a luxury feel with top of the line appliances and heavy doors, so I always feel safe. My only issue so far has been with the gate constantly having issues, but the staff has been quick to resolve them. Unfortunately my bike's back tire was stolen when I left it parked at the bike racks in the garage, but this was due to the gate being open. When I let the property manager Kaylee know, she and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of, giving me a storage unit to house my bike while they work on constructing a locked enclosure for the bike racks. Overall, I would 100% recommend Elmira Flats to a friend! I am very thankful to be living in this community.

We had high hopes for this community, but our experience with the manager completely changed our minds. After waiting a full week without a reply to questions we had about finalizing our new tenant steps, we came in person hoping for a resolution. Instead, my wife was met with disrespect and condescension. We were told that with an influx of new tenants, processing times were slowed but a full week is unacceptable when it comes to housing. Shortly after, we were told that if we didn’t want to live here, we didn’t have to and our application fees could be returned. That was never our intention and seemed out of line. In the end, we agreed to look elsewhere and the lack of professionalism on behalf of the manager, Kaylee Brackeen, drove us to this decision.

I recently toured Elmira Flats, and it really stands out as a boutique-style apartment in the Pearl area. The building feels upscale yet comfortable, and the attention to detail in the design is impressive.
