Eckhert Place Condominiums

Pool- closed most of the time due to maintenance; cold water even on 100 degree days Hot tub- closed/broken and has been for some time. HOA/management is never in the office and office is always “closed”. Condo: each room has its own bathroom, but rooms are small. There is an extra full bath in my unit. Kitchen is outdated and hasn’t been kept up with very well. Some “updating” was done to this unit in 2025, mostly flooring. Seems that the owner/landlords won’t put or don’t put any money into their units, including not updating smoke detectors, etc.

Stayed here 4 years ago. Really nice place and kid friendly.

Got to view this place as an Air B&B. The apartment we are staying in is really nice very spacious 3 rooms 3 1/2 restrooms. Love the locations not to close to the city love the landscape behind the complex. I haven't been to the pool but from what I saw it looks very well kept.

It is a very basic residential /apartment. The pool is broken. It is quiet It needs more cleaning It has enough parking places

April 15-22, 2017 Quiet, fairly well maintained property on grounds with Spanish / Mexican accents. The staff was nice and accommodating. The place was quiet even 2 days before the Festival. The pool was not heated but in a pretty setting. The hot tub is not heated and no jets were working. I asked the manager and she said it did not work. The condo was clean with all the necessary kitchen items and towels. We had a two bedroom -3 bath place. Nice for 4 women. The place is suppose to sleep up to 8. I think 5 is more accurate and that is with someone on a couch. The couch needs cleaning. This place is about 15-20 minutes from the River walk and airport.
