Pool- closed most of the time due to maintenance; cold water even on 100 degree days Hot tub- closed/broken and has been for some time. HOA/management is never in the office and office is always âclosedâ. Condo: each room has its own bathroom, but rooms are small. There is an extra full bath in my unit. Kitchen is outdated and hasnât been kept up with very well. Some âupdatingâ was done to this unit in 2025, mostly flooring. Seems that the owner/landlords wonât put or donât put any money into their units, including not updating smoke detectors, etc.

These people still have my name on a utility bill!!!!!! I havenât lived here since may!!!!! Every month Iâm still getting a notification about a bill and itâs extremely high! I will continue to post a review every single day until these people take my name off of that utility bill! Do not move here! Save yourself the unnecessary drama!
