I’ve lived in this community for about five years, and one thing that has consistently stood out is the maintenance team. Requests are handled quickly, the work is always done well, and everyone is professional and respectful when they come into the apartment. Matthew, the maintenance manager, and his team do a great job staying on top of things and making sure issues are taken care of promptly. Having a reliable maintenance team makes a big difference in apartment living, and it’s something this community does really well

The staff are very kind and attentive. Britain in the leasing office just helped me transfer to a larger unit and has made the process very easy. Matthew is one of the most professional maintenance techs I've ever met. He's very respectful and efficient during service calls and makes time to talk to tenants around the property. I've lived here for two years and I'm looking forward to moving into my new unit.

I’ve had a great experience living at Easton Apartment Complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The maintenance team is especially outstanding — they’re friendly, quick to respond, and always do quality work. It’s reassuring knowing any issues get handled promptly. I highly recommend living here!

As of September 19th, the back gate has remained open for several days despite multiple reports, and now the front exit gate is also stuck open. Management has admitted in voicemails that they close work orders without resolution while waiting for contractors. This recurring issue shows a pattern of neglect that puts residents and their property at risk. Recently, someone vandalized the mail room, and management claimed they had no idea how it happened. In response, they installed some cheap-looking gated doors that make the area look worse. Meanwhile, the front gate that’s supposed to secure the property is constantly left wide open, creating a real security risk for residents and their vehicles. The post office informed me that this is likely why my driver’s license never arrived, because they witnessed the mailboxes being open upon arrival. When I escalated concerns to corporate, I was told there was nothing they could do, leaving residents stuck waiting indefinitely. My car was also towed without any notice. I saw a sticker one night, and by the next morning, it was gone. No email, no call, nothing. The recycling bins are constantly overflowing, sometimes for days. Even after bringing it up, management hasn’t done anything to add more bins. Residents are expected to haul their recycling to the compactor, which isn’t always realistic. They’ve started saying there will be $25 fines if boxes are left out even when there’s no room left in the bin. They also added black mesh screens on the windows, likely to reduce heat or energy use. Unfortunately, they block most natural sunlight, and the units now feel dim and closed in, even during the day. It can make the space feel kind of depressing. It’s frustrating to deal with all this while paying rent every month. The lack of communication from management is exhausting. I really hope they start taking responsibility for these ongoing issues.
