My family lives hear, it’s so quiet, no problem with parking like at other communities and they’re quick to fix problems and decent monthly rates

Staff and maintenance are great and very responsive to all things! Mary is already so kind and helps you out with all of your questions. Maintenance responds and communicates quickly and it very organized. They have been a great help in the summer heat when our AC had a leak. They got to trouble shooting, found the problem, and ordered a replacement part the same day. Deer oaks has been a great place for my husband and I.

I am writing this review because I felt motivated to, not because I was asked to or because an incentive like some places do, so if you are apartment hunting like I was this is a %100 honest review of my application experience! Mary does an incredible job to say the least! So hospitable, kind, and knowledgeable of her complex! I was sold before I even toured a unit by the beautiful complex and tenant-friendly leasing office and friendly service! Mary communicated everything so well so there was no confusion of what to expect. She also gave all extra info you would need regarding electricity, wifi, and renters insurance setup. As for the complex, the units are so cute and have updated options. There are security cameras throughout and there are code-acess locks on the mail room and fitness center which is great! Definitely a place you can feel at home and safe. Thank you Deer Oaks! Very excited to join your community!

5-star review for transparency's sake. This place is average, but they do respond to maintenance requests. However, my experience with lease renewal was frustrating. I provided notice on March 17th, well over 30 days before my lease ended on April 30th, stating I wouldn't renew. Despite this, they claimed they never received it and are now billing me over $2,000. This raises serious concerns about their financial management."

I lived here for almost three years with my sister and moved out quite recently. This was my first apartment, and I loved it so much… the reason being include the typical points: •Affordable rent •Location allowed for expeditious access to H-E-B, Walmart, pharmacies, restaurants, Target, etc. •The maintenance team was so nice and cool - I was so lucky to be neighbor’s with Mr. Felix who fostered a sense of community So thank you, Deer Oaks for a great experience living here.
