Cute and clean apartment complex. Ana in the office is very sweet and helpful. However, the only complaint I have is the chances of roaches when living on the first floor. The apartments are renovated, with all new appliances, but still old. When it rained I always saw a roaches. Wish I did not have that problem because I liked everything else about the apartment. Friendly neighbors.

Low prices. Great staff. Friendly neighbors. Plentiful parking. Maintenance requests were promptly addressed. I only ever saw one dead bug indoors. The apartments are fine as long as you and your neighbors are clean.

I have been living on this place for about two years and have so my review is personal experience and am going to write both positive and negative feedbacks. I will start with the positive feedback about this place 1- price The rent is very reasonable and I think it accommodate everyone, especially we dont pay water bills. 2- family friendly This place is very safe and very quiet and you don't worry about your kids to play outside, we don't see the police coming here for any problems. 3- parking The parking even those it's not covered but you don't worry about parking spot 24 hours, because there's enough parking spots for all residents, even if you have guest you dont worry they might be towed. 4- cleanliness The property is very clean and they trim the trees every time. Negative feedback 1- Rent They raise the every 6 month which is very annoying plus they don't have year leases. 2- maintenance They use to have good maintenance, in response to residents calls but now they're ver bad I have called for electricity issues in my kitchen and have 45 days no body show up. 3- management Most of the managers are nice but the only problem is they keep changing them. 3- roach problem The appartments are very clean with new appliances but they have roaches problems. I hope I was honest in giving fair review.
