I recently moved here in February and I have to say I love it here! It’s peaceful without being to far away from places. I greatly appreciate the office staff being bilingual and helping me with anything I may need. Thanks Again Guys! - Kris Gonzalez

We toured and leased our home with Gisele! She was absolutely kind, amazing, and walked us through everything. The management team has been very punctual ensuring the home was ready for us, it is nice having our lawn cut and the house being serviced (work orders) at a fast rate. We have been living here for almost a month now, and love the neighborhood. Looking forward to the new updates management is planning to implement.

Read the reviews before applying! I’ve lived here for 5 months and wish I read the reviews before applying. The management has changed at least 3 times since I moved in. The experience in the beginning was okay and has gone down hill since. There has been no improvement with the new management. We have always previously had our trash on the side of our house next to our neighbors exactly where it was provided to us when we moved in and now 5 months into our lease we received a lease violation of $150 with no warning. When I called and spoke to Gisele the leasing agent at the time I was informed the only way to resolve this was with corporate ZRS management and I was provided with only their phone number. I have left 2 voicemails and filled out their form twice on the website and have not received a response back. To add to this I have requested the corporate email but they do not have one. I also tried to speak to the property manager when I initially called and Gisele informed me she had full authority to deal with lease violations and the property manager would not assist me over the phone nor in person. I would consider myself an easy tenant I make sure I keep my drive way clean, my trash not overfilled, my backyard is cleaned so every Friday the landscaping crew does not have any issues cutting the grass. Yet, this management is looking to make more money with the amount of houses they have vacant. I also request an ac filter changed by maintenance once a month and was just informed December 10 that corporate no longer offers ac replacements for free it is now $35 charge. This new policy has been implemented since November 1st and I was never informed. For the amount of money I pay in rent and there are no amenities the least that could be included is the ac filter change. I would not recommend moving here unless you would like to pay for any repairs/maintenance for a house your RENTING. This property is turning more like an HOA property and is not worth it whatsoever. By the reviews this new management came in not informing us about the change in management, but went ahead and sent a violation to a large amount of there tenants all at the same time.

You will be frustrated constantly and the office is rude. It’s not an I understand viewpoint it’s an it is what it is attitude. They change them out like every 4 months I don’t know what they got going on. Constant un reasonable rules - you can’t have decorations out too early, you can’t have trash bins in the side of the house unless it’s in the gate. My garage fell off the hinges and I was told there’s no temporary fix - I just asked if someone could help me put it back on the hinges to get it down so I can keep my stuff safe. (Literally a 3 min thing) They told me no it’s not an emergency it’ll get done in the order it was received. Ordering a garage is going to take weeks. $150 fine for a trash can is unreasonable. Lastly if they stop letting the office workers take all heat and let cooperate sit there for a few months and listen to the complaints of the people living here the reviews will get better. I’ve yet to read 5 star reviews of people who’ve lived here over 6 months.

⭐ Honest Review from a Current Resident I currently rent at Covey Homes Westpointe, and while the homes themselves are nice and well-built, the management experience has been extremely disappointing. Since December 2024, we’ve already gone through three different property managers. The first, Stephanie, was polite but often unresponsive and unsure about policies. We paid for the Livermore bundle, which includes trash cans — but we didn’t receive them until three months later. Our lease clearly states that trash cans should be stored in the backyard next to the fence, which we followed. Later, when our lawn wasn’t being maintained, I brought photos to the office and found out there was a new manager, Brenda. She informed me that trash cans needed to be placed outside the gate or the landscapers wouldn’t mow the yard. I explained what the lease said, but she insisted I store them outside the gate, so I did. Fast forward to today — I received an email with a $150 trash bin fine. When I went to the office to address it, I was met with yet another new manager, who showed no empathy or understanding of the ongoing confusion caused by the frequent management changes. I have never been late on rent, I’m an active-duty Air Force airman with a family and a pregnant wife, and I’ve always tried to do the right thing. Yet after being told three different things by three different managers, I’m being penalized for following the directions they gave me. At the very least, this fine should be reversed — especially since I never received a proper written notice, despite management claiming otherwise. Overall, Covey Homes Westpointe suffers from poor communication, inconsistent leadership, and lack of accountability. Until management improves, I can’t in good faith recommend this community. The homes may be beautiful, but the experience of living here has been frustrating and disappointing. Oh and I left some photos of how the landscapers treat my yard. Might as well tell me to do it myself and refund my yard maintenance fee. 🤦🏽♂️
