Copper Mill

I didn’t live here very long before someone stole my catalytic converter in the middle of the night. I had to invest in my own cameras and lights. I wish there were working cameras in the parking lots to protect residents or a working gate. Staff is wonderful and always batting for the residents. Maintenance is really good here. The employees and management at Copper Mill are wonderful! Pros: Good office team, good maintenance, affordable rent Cons: No security or protection of personal property while you sleep.

Absolutely amazing an extremely patient! As someone who asks a million questions, Mariah and Jeannette were a blessing!

Words couldn’t describe the experience we had here at this complex they don’t even deserve a 1star This was my daughters first apt and for her to have this experience was uncalled for now she will have ptsd from this. I moved her in with so may issues and reported the min it happened I even made the reports from a the bathroom sink now working clogged than no water Toilet not working than they tried fixing it than stated running Bathtub clogged and water not working Kitchen sink leaking Garage disposal doesn’t work Dishwasher doesn’t work left that place and still nothing was fix The downstairs neighbor even reported water coming into he’s place from upstairs the showed for he’s report at 2am but never came to fix anything when we reported it Neighbor knew maintenance people mind blown Maintenance men would close out tickets and never fix the issue Reported it more than once and nothing got done And the bugs in this place was unrealllllll we had them come every week and yet still couldn’t get them cleaned up that’s due to the walls having the roaches live there they even claimed maybe its due to us not cleaning my daughter had ocd she couldn’t stand it anymore Our last straw was when my daughter keep getting headaches mind you she’s been pregnant the entire time she’s been living there and this past week she was admitted to the hospital and come to find out she had mold in her system I knew something was up with the floor being so slippery due the the dew in the apt complex I always thought it was due to her cleaning but noooo the dew turned into mold that whole building need to be tore down I’ve report this to the San Antonio code enforcement and I also have proof from the dr office and I will send them to court we had to break our lease due to health reasons my daughter and her unborn son weren’t going to live in that place a min longer She was in apt 1306 We have pics and videos of everything If the complex would like to contact us they have our info but good luck

So I been living in San Antonio for a year and haven’t found an apartment I like and people I like till I moved here. The office people is helpful and sweet thank you again ms. Janett for the amazing help getting in the apartment is comfortable and cozy and the next door neighbors is sweet sweet and we have a seafood heater in the office lol but the apartments are amazing. I highly recommend them as a start or a place you wanna live
