Dear Contigo/Corporate Management, I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing issues at this property. The management here has repeatedly demonstrated unprofessional and inconsistent behavior, and I believe corporate oversight is urgently needed. On multiple occasions, the leasing office has been closed during regular business hours—not just for lunch breaks, but for entire days at a time. This lack of accessibility makes it very difficult for residents to address important matters. Additionally, there was a recent incident involving my nephew, who was told he could no longer be on the property due to an alleged confrontation with maintenance staff after his car was towed. While I understand the need for community rules, his reaction was a result of understandable frustration, and the situation could have been handled with more professionalism and compassion. What concerns me most is the apparent double standard in how employees are treated. For instance, one of the supervisors reportedly had law enforcement called on him due to a serious domestic disturbance that occurred on the property, yet he remains employed. This raises concerns about consistency and fairness in disciplinary actions, as certain individuals seem to receive preferential treatment from management. Furthermore, my nephew’s girlfriend, who is currently pregnant, has also been affected by this situation, making this all the more distressing. In summary, I urge corporate leadership to investigate the management practices at this property. Residents deserve fair treatment, professionalism, and a safe environment—none of which are being consistently provided under the current conditions.
