Contigo Westover Hills

Living here so far has been so amazing (day 2) the front staff are so lovely and welcoming. The events they have are nice for the community and families.

Hey thereToday👋 I just want to let anyone know that if they are looking for a great place to live it would be here at Contigo Westover Hills. I have been living here since June 20, 2024, and this is the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The front office employees are so helpful and so nice and now they are even doing little things for Christmas for us renters. I have not had any problems at all and if I did, they were all taken care of quickly. The maintenance guys are even great. It's nice and quiet here. They take care of the pool every week when it's open of course. I have never had any bugs. It was easy for me to get the apartment and I think as long as you do what you're supposed to and pay your rent on time you don't have any problems because I don't. and for June 20, 2025 is a year I have been here. I feel like this is my home, I have lived in SA for 6 years and I have had to move every year until now. This complex is very well taken care of and so are the tenants. All my bills are rolled into 1 except my utility bill, which is nice because I don't have to pay everything separately. And of course the front management is very helpful and great customer service. So if you're looking for a place to live check this complex out. Well, I'll tell you what Vanessa is really good at her job. She is really helpful and her personality is just so friendly. I was looking for a place closer to work and this place is pretty darn nice. Vanessa was very helpful kind and she was really easy to deal with and she made it happen. Thank you so much, Vanessa😊👍. I want y'all to know that this apartment complex is awesome. I've lived here since June 2024 and I have had no problems. And if I had any, they would be taken care of soon. Everything still works. It's quiet and I just love this place. For years I haven't felt like I belonged anywhere, but I really believe that I belong here. I love it here😍

Me and my husband recently moved in here with our 2 babies and honestly from the beginning when we walked into the office till now they have been so awesome. Victoria showed us around and helped us in so many ways and explained everything super well! I haven’t had any pest issues or any serious problems, which is awesome! Also maintenance here is awesome they come super quick and fix your issues right away, they even interacted with my baby which he loved them! We are excited to be here for a while and see what this community has in store for us ☺️
