Contessa Townhomes

Ever since we got new management a couple months ago, everything went down hill. We’ve been having water leak down stairs all over the floors and walls due to bad drainage from the upstairs bath tub.. we’ve called over and over and finally they came to “fix” it.. it was fixed for a couple weeks and now it’s back to how it was. We can’t even take a bath or shower cause it starts to fill up to the top and won’t go down. It’s leaking/ running all night. We tried to be nice and call and go online to the portal to upload pictures and still nothing. NOW our dish washer which we never used is leaking every time we try to wash dishes. We don’t even like to cook here cause now our sink water won’t go down! And when it finally does it causes the dish washer to leak nasty water. It smells gross. We called and again the lady was rude and told me to upload it online. She said they have a lot of properties they own and we aren’t the only ones having issues.. like thanks? Doesn’t help us one bit. We have to live here like this with our baby. If you’re thinking about moving here don’t. Management here isn’t good now.

Love it here. Convenient & economical

Very great place to live. Nice community and people, its quiet at night and your just 15 minutes from downtown without the high rent prices. Very clean and affordable.
