01/16/2026 still no check 01/03/2026 still no update on my refund check. Emails and calls are now being ignored by the regional. 12/15 no update. 11/18 still no update on my refund check past the 40days promised. When inquiring about the status, Elvia from the front office raised her voice at me and gave attitude when asking to speak to a manager about my missing check. They told her not to transfer. No response to emails from management. Called the corporate number and they referred me to the new regional, no response. I’ll be going to the state next. My last review was removed for mentioning the constant presence of police and crime. Including what the individuals were holding in their hands during a robbery down the hall. This place has been the worst living experience I’ve ever had. I’ve lived here since Oct 2024, and within that time, there was an attempted robbery just down my hallway—two masked men with w e a p o n s tried to steal my Ring camera and did steal others in the hallway. Management did nothing. When I brought it up, the office manager Angel dismissed me and said he’d be on vacation the following week. I spoke to him on a Wednesday. No follow-up, no concern for resident safety. Valet trash goes periods where they do not pick up the trash. When they do, it’s dragged and leaked all over the hallways leaving a terrible odor. Hallways and dumpster areas reek of garbage, there’s broken glass, cockroaches, and ants everywhere. Power washing was promised but never done. Specially the stairwell where I personally removed glass and cat litter droppings. That issue was brought up in July -and my emails and phone complaints are ignored. The pool is constantly “under maintenance” but always disgusting. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Elvia told me outright that the maintenance team doesn’t care. One of them even spat at my door, twice while on my ring camera—still no apology. Complaints about noise, filth, and safety are completely ignored. The upstairs neighbors scream and blast music until 3am. Walls are paper thin. Parking is nonexistent after 5pm, and towing happens even with tags. Often have to park at the gas station two blocks over and walk in the dark to my apartment. There is dog BM everywhere. Very few dog bins in the worst places that are hidden. The lighting in the very dark hallway was finally replaced after complaining for 6 months. I was also told by the regional director Miguel and Angel that my complaints do not mean that’s why they are addressing the issues. Which is funny while belittling me, half issues were not resolved. Corporates number they provided does not contact you back which is no surprise based on the lack of authenticity and professionalism the manager and regional have. They replaced my microwave after 6 months, but did nothing else. The decline continues. I’ve had to call the health department because the property is so filthy. DO NOT move in without seeing the exact unit. The first one they offered was badly damaged, and they acted “surprised.” They would not let me out of my lease that was just signed or refund my fees and rent even though the apartment they first gave me had roaches, food stains on walls, broken cabinets, awful smell, and so much more. My current unit still has door gaps, peeling paint, rusted appliances, duct-taped appliances, and worn finishes. This place is not a luxury living space. If you do move in, document everything. They tried to tell me I never paid a deposit. I had to show the receipts and emails just to have action taken. They tried to brush me off. And when I asked for a tracking number for my deposit refund, I was once again ignored. Waiting for the check to come in the mail. I work in a similar leasing office setting and I’m honestly beyond frustrated and shocked at the way this office handles matters. There is no urgency to correct their mistakes and they will make it seem like you are the issue.

The staff are super friendly and hilarious. The maintenance is always on top of it here with me and Jay actually got a football down for my son from a carport with no hesitation: we appreciate yah jay! No negative things to say just don’t really appreciate some tenants and their disrespect with the parking situation. .thats the only thing I’d change but you can’t change people just your reaction 😇 Other than that this is the perfect transition to get ready before a house. Affordable . K bye :)

Working with Angel has been such a wonderful experience! From day one, Angel has been so easy to talk to, super responsive, and genuinely caring. Anytime I had a question or needed something taken care of, Angel handled it quickly and made me feel like a priority. It’s rare to come across someone who not only knows their job inside and out but also treats people with such kindness and respect. Angel truly goes above and beyond, and it shows. I feel really lucky to have a property manager like Angel and would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

This place is horrible! Communication is HORRIBLE!! I planned to move in on 8/15/25 I went into the apartment and to my surprise there was alive and dead ROACHES in all cabinets, the walls, the floor! I had to come in 2 hours after the original time because the apartment was still being cleaned, it was definitely not cleaned!!! And the door had dents all on it and would not lock correctly! I opened the dishwasher and it all came out the opening!! I would never recommend these apartments! I am in the middle of fighting for what I had already paid!!! Do not trust these people or this company!

I’ve asked for a response to a multitude of issues and have been ignored. I still don’t have screens on my windows, there’s cockroaches, duct tape is still on my microwave from when I moved in, the hallways smell like garbage, and the grounds are disgusting. No one picks up after their animals and nothing is picked up before they mow the lawns. I’ve been here since October 2024 and I absolutely REGRET moving to these apartments. Cars are being broken into, the parking spot I pay for is often difficult to park in because people park crookedly. There is no parking for tenants let alone anyone coming to visit you. We had to park across the street at the RV parking lot and walk across the street. This is not a luxury apartment. I want corporate to respond with their contact information because calling and emailing the manager gets ignored. The maintenance guy also spat on my doormat 3 times and I still have yet to even receive an apology on that!
