Rating it a 2/5 I rated it a 5/5 and then I lived here ): 1 point for being cute 1 point for location But I have more reasons why I would not rent here again and wish I didn’t. 3 of 47 reasons I will not rent here again and wouldn’t if I were you. I wouldn’t pay attention to whatever an AI bot replies on this to do PR for Caroline. I would focus on the fact that a real person who lives here would not go back here and my experience actually made me not ever want to rent again. I chose these 3 points over just focusing on things that taste-based. 1. To me, the worst thing is when I moved in I was so happy and told them how great it was they had free Tesla charging. 1 week later it was charging twice the Tesla op price. They were going to switch it to an expensive rate the whole time, knew it, and didn’t tell me they were not keeping it free. I looked so stupid. It was the number 1 reason I moved here 2. I am a nurse. My job listing says and I work 36 hours ONLY. I told them so many times in person and after my application that I only work 36 hours. They changed my application to 40 hours so my income would reflect a higher number JUST TO NOT GIVE ME THE CHEAPER RATE. Every time I work three 12 hour shifts, I am reminded of how petty that is. The person doing my app doesn’t get commission and they just decided fraud is ok. 3. Your fire alarm goes off ANYTIME you use your oven. Not just mine, I can hear my neighbors go off at least once a day and the building fire alarm goes off a lot. It’s actually so bad I thought mine needed maintenance and nope….they are just terrible If you move here after knowing points 1 + 2 you are superficial and probably just think the place is pretty because that’s a whole other issue. If you move here after point 3, you are just asking to be disappointed and pay to be. I was starting a new job and didn’t have time to look anywhere else or dispute their fraudulent income report, and I paid for it 😞

Can honestly say this is the best apartment I have lived at in San Antonio! We moved in around April 2024. The leasing office is always there to help and are super great at informing residents of updates or closures. Never had any problems and the maintenance team has been nothing but friendly and consistent! Worth the extra money to live stress free! 10/10 recommend Update to my review! What I loved best was the staff. Always super helpful and the community at night is pretty quiet! Amenities are top tier and the homes are renovated. We have a lot of dogs at the community but residents and especially maintenance make sure to keep it tidy.

From the moment I walked in , Paige welcomed me and was so kind. I had questions and she answered all of them. She took the time to show me units and and was so informative. It was easy to communicate with her. She would call back and answer my emails. I love love my new home. Absolutely beautiful!!

My experience here has been amazing. From day one, everything has been smooth and positive. The maintenance staff is extremely professional. I also want to highlight Arleen and Nancy from the management team. They truly go above and beyond to help residents, always being supportive. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

This beautiful apartment caught my eye when I looked at the pictures and Instagram posts. I was instantly smitten and decided to move here from a different state. The application process was incredibly smooth, and the leasing manager, Pagie, was the best person I’ve ever met. Her staff was also amazing. I highly recommend this place and it’s safe community and quiet.
