I agree that the apartments are starting to go downhill.I just renewed my lease and I'm regretting it. I haven't had a negative experience with management or the front office. They seem to genuinely want to keep the apartments "upscale"but some of the people here must not know what that means. Upscale living should not include hallways smelling like weed and cigarettes. It should not include cars being broken into. It should not include police officers knocking on your door at random hours of the night. It should not include a sometimes working gate. It should not include random people who don't live here coming to use the amenities. It should not include loud base music from the apartment next at 11pm. It should not include some random person trying to open my door. It should not include seeing homeless people who camped out on the property and are leaving in the early morning hours. It shouldn't include seeing a girl stumble out of an apartment looking dazed and confused and then laying in the grass area by the gate. An on site officer that patrols the complex could eliminate some of these issues.

When I first moved in over a year ago, the apartments were new and the staff were wonderful. Overtime as more people started to move in, it’s gone downhill. The only plus about the apartments are the actual units and the leasing consultants are nice (not management). I’ve had unexpected fees applied to my account several times without consent by management. Most recently, I was charged twice for the same payment for rent. The duplicate payment charged was charged hours later and without my authorization. When reaching out about this, I was told that Megan the Property Manager was not going to issue a refund and to get with my bank for a dispute. I then reach out to my bank and I’m told the dispute can take up to 45 days. I don’t understand how an refund can’t be issued but yet they are quick to charge without authorization. I genuinely feel bad for the leading consultants as they are actually wonderful and helpful, but it is ran by terrible management. I’m pretty sure the property manager was a leasing consultant at some point then randomly moved up. Please be mindful before moving here as this once was a wonderful property… not so much anymore.
