The absolute best apartment complex I've ever rented from. Management is super communicative and friendly. Maintenance is quick and respectful. Quiet neighborhood. Walkable neighborhood. Nice and cozy apartments. You're at least 5 miles or less away from most places you'd need to go to. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I have been living here for 3yrs now and absolutely feel blessed. The office and maintenance staff make us feel like family. They are so friendly and professional at all times. The grounds are ALWAYS clean, the pool is cleaned every Monday even when it's closed in the winter, the dumpster area is clean, the parking is perfect, and the area is absolutely beautiful. We are close to everything. You will not regret moving here. Warning: no smoking on the grounds and no pets unless service animals. They also don't like any mess left outside the apartment because they like to maintain a beautiful area. I love that. 🥰

I have been at these apartments for a little under a year now and even though I won’t be renewing my lease I have to say that it has been an amazing experience at this apartment complex. The staff is super friendly, very helpful and understanding. The communication between staff and the residence is excellent. The few times that I had needed maintenance they were on the ball very quick to respond.The complex itself is quiet no problems from the neighbors. if I wasn’t moving jobs, I would definitely be staying here another year.

10/10 1) Safe area for a single woman to rent 2) Location is just north of the Pearl, off Broadway St. Never had issues hearing noisy traffic. 3) The office team and maintenance respond quickly and do a great job. 4) Pricing is unbeatable (this makes applying very competitive, be prepared to be patient when applying.) 2022/2023 was my first year living by myself and I'm grateful I had such a great complex and staff! I have recommended Broadway Heights to multiple people and will continue to do so.

I first moved into Broadway Heights in 2017, and my overall experience has been really good. At the end of the day the ultimate test of an apartment complex is how responsive they are to tenant concerns, and BH is first rate: 1. They reply immediately to work orders, and keep you posted on when they'll be able to complete them. 2. The owner is on the property daily, inspecting and overseeing everything; this is totally unlike anywhere else I've ever lived. 3. Office staff and maintenance are always incredibly friendly and helpful. 4. The grounds are clean, landscaped, and well-maintained. 5. The location is ideal, and the rates are unbeatable. I understand that not everyone can get in, and I do really consider myself lucky to be here. But just considered as a property, as a place to live, BH is fantastic. 10/10.
