Heydar, the maintenance technician in our building, is truly exceptional. He is professional, respectful, and always quick to respond. He genuinely cares about helping residents, and you can tell he does his work from the heart. We really appreciate him!

A beautiful community, My favorite amenity at this property is the pool. It’s well-maintained a very spacious lots of cabanas. Also not to mention the staff is very friendly and Destiny is awesome.

I’ve been living here for the last few months and I have no complaints. The leasing agent Destiny made my leasing experience so smooth and stress free.

I chose Boardwalk Research for my son's first apartment about 4 1/2 years ago. It was surely a Blessing in disguise because there were hardly any apartments in that area that were to my liking/standards at that time. I really liked Deidra and Emily (previous PM and AM) and just the same when Karla, Kaylee and Destiny came on. Greystar is a good management company and very reputable. However...the residents have to understand, your place of residence is your home. If you don't keep it clean and value where you live, you can't complain when you're a part of the problem. Karla and Kaylee are very fair when moving out! I cleaned his apartment (5105) better than I did when I moved him in and even BETTER when I moved him out! I got my deposit back in FULL, so it is possible and like I always do wherever I have lived because I am clean like that. THANK YOU, ladies, for all that you did. Mama Bear

My husband and I have lived in this apartment for more than 2 years and spent some of the most beautiful moments of our lives, everything about this apartment is perfect! The rooms are spacious, living room is big and full of light, closets are very roomy and the bathrooms are pretty nice too! Our family has now grown and it’s time for us to finally move into a bigger place but this will always be my first home. The place is also close to most of the attractions in town and has grocery store and multiple restaurants on a walking distance. The management has also always been really nice and attentive to solve any problems that we’ve had. Special thanks to Salie for making us fall in love with the place the moment we saw it! Bonus: our unit has the prettiest sunset view which I’m definitely gonna miss!
