This downtown property boasts beautiful, modern apartments and a prime location with easy access to local spots, making it convenient for those who enjoy walking or biking. Many residents praise the friendly and professional staff, who are often highlighted for being helpful and responsive to resident needs, making the move-in process smooth and creating a welcoming community atmosphere. However, some residents have experienced concerns regarding inconsistent maintenance, particularly with hot water and pest issues, as well as amenities like the pool and gym not always being fully functional or well-maintained. There have also been recurring safety concerns, including broken security gates, package theft, and noise disturbances, which have impacted the overall living experience for some.

Tiffani was a wonderful help with my move in process. However, there has been major concerns along the way that have left me disappointed with my experience living here. Honestly, the problems started when I placed multiple work orders at getting maintenance out to fix a water leak in my restroom. Having them mark as completed when nothing was done was alarming. And that went on for several work orders. Then my catalytic converter was stolen from underneath my truck on the property. When this was brought to management’s attention, it was completely overlooked and the response I received was basically, “well, that can happen anywhere.” I even asked if a mass email or notice could be sent out to warn other residents to be cautious, and that request was denied. What made the situation even more frustrating was that only days later, management suddenly had no issue sending out emails and notices regarding residents losing mail. That felt like a complete slap in the face. Apparently missing mail deserved communication to residents, but a major theft costing thousands of dollars did not. We have now gone DAYS without hot water. For the amount of rent and extra fees residents pay, basic necessities like hot water should never be unavailable for this long. The property also has a serious roach problem. Roaches are constantly seen in the hallways and even inside the apartments, which is unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for a complex that advertises itself as “luxury” living. On top of that, the neighbors from above are incredibly noisy at all hours, and are constantly throwing cigarette buds and weed into my yard instead of cleaning up after themselves. Having a two-year-old who tries to pick them up creates a serious health and safety hazard, especially in a yard we are paying to use and maintain. Residents should not have to worry about their child being exposed to trash and cigarette waste every time they step outside. Neighbors with yards have little maintenance upkeep. They allow their dogs to poop and pee and leave it in their yards causing flys to surround areas. One of the biggest frustrations is paying for amenities that either don’t work or are never available. The pool has been unusable, yet the complex continues advertising it like it’s a resort-style amenity. Residents are paying for features that simply are not being maintained. Overall, management seems far more focused on appearances and advertising than actually providing a clean, functional, safe, and comfortable place to live. Between the lack of security concerns being taken seriously, ongoing maintenance issues, pest problems, and unusable amenities. I would absolutely not recommend living here unless major improvements are made.

If you want no hot water for DAYS on end then please apply. There’s also NO working pool. It’s been closed due to construction and maintenance for WEEKS. Yet they post constantly to enjoy their amenities by their “resort style pool”. Paying for fees when nothing ever seems to even be working is not even worth it. Oh! And don’t even get me started with the constant pest issue. Roaches in all the hallways and in your apts. Go else where!
