I have never had a living experience than the one I have at Atlantica! They are such a breath fresh air. My apartment has never had any issues and the staff is so quick to help me with any of my needs! The complex is built in community and it’s been such a lovely experience thus far. Can’t wait to continue being a part of what has been built here!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing team at Atlantica. Layla is one of the friendliest and most professional leasing agents you’ll meet. She’s knowledgeable, responsive, always willing to help, and somehow manages to handle it all in stilettos. If you’ve met Layla, you know exactly what I mean. Sarah, the Property Manager, deserves a special shout-out. Unlike some property managers within RPM, she is actually visible, approachable, understanding, and available to her residents. She takes the time to listen, communicate, and address concerns while maintaining professionalism. Diana, the Assistant Manager, has been a pleasure to watch over the past year as she’s grown into her role. She is personable, friendly, professional, and always makes residents feel welcome. Her growth and dedication have definitely not gone unnoticed. A huge thank you to the maintenance team as well. They are top-tier. The property is consistently clean, work orders are handled promptly, and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do. Another thing I appreciate about Atlantica is the parking. Unlike many apartment communities, parking is rarely an issue, which makes daily life so much easier. And welcome to Kendrick, the newest leasing agent! You’re joining a great team, and I have no doubt you’ll do an amazing job. The people make the difference, and Atlantica is fortunate to have a team that genuinely cares about its residents.
