If I could rate this place no stars, I would. Management is horrible, they are constantly enforcing policies with little to no notice. They enforced paid parking over a weekend and said that starting Monday they would start towing but the office is closed on weekends??? Makes no sense. The office always seems to be closed, it’s a hassle to pay rent since they are never in office and then they have the audacity to charge late fees. The pool is filled with green water, trash thrown, laundry area is in rough shape. The complex overall is terrible. Please save yourself the headache, time and money and live anywhere else but this complex.

This is ridiculous we been paying the rent every month with all proofs .I have receipts now I got notice saying rent is due of last month which I paid that will evacuated if we didn't pay the rent. This happened with many rentals as u see in reviews do we should inform the city it's stressful every time we go to the office I see people there struggling with the same issues with previous AND New management. And they will never do the maintenance pest control didn't see i couldn't find any one in the office and not responding

I have been living here for 2 years I paid my rent on time I don't know why but they leave me a notice that you haven't paid my rent I don't know are they trying to rob me or what, the office should be open on time it's 3 PM they are closed for no reason the office staff are so rude they looking for away to charge you.

This review will stay up or will continue to be reposted until I receive some sort of written update on how you will remove this false information of me and my family owing this property Anything. This property has always been sketchy, but due to necessity we lived here for 2 1/2 years with rent being paid every month without fail we’ve never had any issues but with new management rolling in I knew they were going to be sketchy so I even filmed the return of the keys being put under the door in an envelope clearly written on saying this is from unit 81 And described the issues with the apartment due to the previous owners, not caring whatsoever about flood damages that their pipes caused to our unit. The buildings are old faulty bug infestated and decrepit. They will rent to literally anyone so take that information as you please if you enjoy having neighbors Playing music at all hours of the night cops there all the time, clothing and blankets hanging out to dry over railings and balconies. Then this is the place for you. If not, I wouldn’t recommend. I’d give zero stars if I could. They never once announced Manager Savannah was fired and had new management in office and then sold without letting us As well, the only way we found out, they handed out a paper for us to fill out with our information Of how many people lived there and their ages I also wrote on there when our lease was going to end so they had physical written proof as well. So if you want them to mess up your rental history. Sign a lease with them.

Staff is friendly and pool is bigger then most. However, after 1 week of writing this post the pool is green again, it stayed clean for literally 1 week. Staff is super friendly, but I have been waiting since April for them to fix several issues I have been waiting to have fixed since we moved in a year ago and still continue to wait. I’m asked to tear apart my apt for contractors who never show. Had 1 show claim he couldn’t do anything because there was furniture in the way and a pile of clothes, despite the numerous other things he could have worked on, since it only took us 5mins to move the stuff out of their way seeing as I didn’t get the email they were even coming u til I woke up the next morning. That’s not the apartments fault, except when I complained about it I was told by Raven that it was my fault they couldn’t start. I’ve taken days off of work and cancelled meetings just to be available and denied any form of compensation for this. They can’t get contractors to come out and fix the leak in my bathroom or the cabinet doors that are nailed in still or the electrical outlets that are unusable due to sparking but they can have 7 contractors paint the outside of the front office white… Can’t compensate me for the issues I’ve dealt with Atleast since they took over in March, but want to send a text stating if rent is late they will charge 10% each day (I pay mine 2-4 days in advance). Ur real quick to charge people and demand compensation for being late but can’t even help out the loyal paying on time residents >.> can u tell I’m frustrated?!
