Allure at Shavano

I've been debating for a few weeks now on this review that I was going to leave and I decided to be honest the office staff is extremely Pleasant I just had a really traumatic move in that never got addressed really and my make ready to the apartment was not right and I feel like that really never got a dressed and no one really apologize and the lady that recently left she was kind of flippant about the things I brought to her attention when it dropped off my check list and received mailbox key. she tried to gaslight me about what I experienced in the shower until I played recording. she was dismissive about other things I put on form and my photos documenting them. Like I said she no longer works here and everyone else in the office is great but I have to be honest and give you three stars although I will say all the neighbors are great it's very peaceful here very quiet just just great experience as far as living here but the move-in was so traumatic for me that I have to give you three stars. Also you charge a very high rate to stay here and the little welcome gift box that you leave on the counter was very very generic my last apartment charged just as much and was so old and didn't have as many amenities as you but their gift basket was fire I just thought it was kind of weak just saying.. **EDIT!!!!*** I have changed my review from 3 stars to 1 because after writing review in went to office and told the lady about it and why I gave such a low score. Telling her all of this while staring at their 48-hour move-in guarantee SIGN IN LOBBY and she listened she didn't ask any questions she didn't ask if everything was okay WHICH it isn't she didn't ask what they could still repair I told her about the thing that I put on the FORM when I moved in she didn't go get it none of that but okay tell me this place is Only about the money and keep it a hundred because this fake luxury apartment nonsense you selling is THE FAKEST NEWS. With all this being said I still like to end this review on a positive note and that is it's very quiet here and the neighbors are very nice that's the one great thing about being here that's it so far

Wonderful people to work with. Enjoy the large patio & spacious living quarters. It is more of a home - not simply a place to bed down at night. Repairs are responded to quickly - excellent maintenance staff. Happy to be here 😊

This place is a joke. It’s Saturday and currently the pipe from the kitchen sink busted and leaked all over the floor. The water doesn’t go down so half my sink was full because I had to wash dishes. While I was in the shower I came out to water all over the floor from the pipe under the sink busting. So the office is open but my husband was told it’s not an emergency for maintenance to come check it! Really?! How the hell am I supposed to cook and wash dishes till Tuesday since Monday is a holiday? I’m already sure there’s mold behind this wall and sink because this isn’t the first time that this has happened. Pictures are from after it leaked all over the floor! I used two bed sheets to soak up water because mopping wasn’t enough. This is what I pay $1300-$1400 a month for on the smallest unit. Also did I mention I have a 3 year old that has to be around this messed up sink!

Just moved in to Allure and so far I have nothing but great things to say! The neighbors are friendly and the ambiance is quiet. The front office is kind, respectful and most importantly RESPONSIVE!! If you have ever lived in other apartments you know what I’m talking about. My apartment was clean upon move in and there are no critters at all here thanks to the weekly pest control. All the staff was extremely helpful in my move in process including the awesome maintenance team. Special shoutout to Kat, Katherine and Ishmael for their help!!

Hello, I’m writing this review because I am currently being charged for rent that I was clearly told—with email proof—I would not have to pay. My experience here has been terrible from start to finish. I dealt with random drunk individuals on the property trying to harm me, along with constant and unexplained management changes that made everything even more chaotic. I also want to note that I have a 30-page file documenting the issues I faced during my stay. I was wrongly charged and consistently mistreated, and I fully intend to take this matter to court if I have to. No resident should have to go through what I experienced! If my review is deleted I will be posting my videos that I have with faces all over TikTok thank you!
