I am disappointed that cannot recommend this property based on my experience. I really like the floor plans and the amenities. However, for the rent I was paying the incident I experienced below could have been handled better. A guest of mine was bitten by another resident’s dog while on the property. The bite resulted in visible swelling and bruising, and my friend had to seek emergency care. Management was notified of the incident. However, we did not receive direct communication addressing the bite itself, and we were left to follow up and investigate on our own. Through our own efforts, we learned that the dogs involved were not up to date on their vaccinations at the time of the incident. That information should not have required residents to uncover independently. Situations involving injuries and animal bites should be handled promptly, transparently, and with clear communication. In addition to the safety concerns, the move-out process was frustrating and lacked clarity. Communication was poor, and I again found myself being the one that had to clarify the situation. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and transparency left me very disappointed.

loved the well kept property. nice staff. however was told one base price plus extras and when we went to apply was told a much higher base rate plus extras. was told it was because of market changes. the only affordable apartments listed on their site are for lower income families. :/

My experience at ALARO Apartments has been nothing short of exceptional. The level of care they provide is unmatched, making the transition into my new place feel effortless. The maintenance team deserves special recognition for their responsiveness and willingness to help at any moment. It’s reassuring to know that support is always just a request away. I’m genuinely happy to call ALARO my new home. Its convenient location, close to great eateries, grocery stores, and other essentials, adds to the overall comfort and ease of living here. I look forward to building relationships within the community. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community.

I’m so grateful to Abby and the entire Alaro team for their constant commitment, communication, and patience throughout my move-in process. They truly went above and beyond to make everything as seamless as possible, and their kindness never went unnoticed. The amenities are absolutely beautiful, and my home is perfect for my small family, it already feels so cozy and welcoming. I’m genuinely so excited to call Alaro home, and I can’t thank the team enough for helping make that happen. 💛

This complex was brought to me by my apartment locator, Lia. When she handed me off to the Alaro team, Brenda assisted me with everything else. She has been super amazing and made my move-in super easy and no hassle! From the paperwork, application, move in details, and move in has been one of the best experiences I’ve had (and I move every year). Thanks again to Brenda - you were amazing!!!
