This realtor use to set the standard for customer satisfaction.. But my experience the last couple of times have been subpar.. They still rate in the top., but they are slipping. They have forgotten that the customer service is a big part of making the client comfortable with their purchases. I don’t think they are investigating the properties., to protect their clients.. They need to get a better understanding of today’s market..

I have been trying to get information about renting a property with this company for several weeks, without success. We have left multiple messages, and communication has been almost nonexistent. We were informed about an “open house,” but when we arrived, there was no event, which caused us to waste our time unnecessarily. Additionally, the person in charge, Tammy Roberts, has shown no interest in following up or assisting us as potential clients. We were even flexible regarding the condition of the property and willing to wait for repairs, yet we still did not receive proper attention. The lack of professionalism and organization is evident. Hopefully, the property owner is aware of how rental opportunities are being handled, because they are clearly missing out on interested clients. Very bad experience.

Melinda was a joy to work with - the one thing I am going to miss from house hunting is getting to hang out with her! And she helped us find the right house. I am very happy with the whole experience!
