living in oak manor for about 8 years now and i’ve never revived this horrible management experience , only have i been seeing this change for the past 3 months or so could we please do better with cleanliness and maintaining things , we were recently down graded trash cans and the trash people are nowhere to be found i don’t know weather it’s an expensive thing here but i’d rather pay to get my trash thrown than throw it in a garbage that i have yet to see someone pickup . this was never a problem before what changed to make it a problem now ?

I have been living here for 9 years and its horrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Theres always kids running around in the road unsupervised, stalkers, people hanging around in the laundry rooms smoking and all that stuff. Especially with people making the complex ragady always breakin the gates, vandalizing the maintenance shed, the barbecue grills at each of the play sites are also ragady, and the amount of roaches here its crazy. Even the murders/incidents going on here there has been like 4. They don't even put the trash in the dumpster, they put it by the dumpster.🤯 DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

Gates be closed and there's no way to get in except for some key which is only given one per family. So most people can't get in. God forbid you're getting dropped off by Uber, you have to be dropped outside the apartments and walk all the way to your apartment and even then the door gates are also locked you have to stick your hand through the bar and press the button on the other side just to get in. I thought the point of gates was so only the people who live there can get in , but what's the point if literally not even people who do live here can get in like why are y'all preventing people tryna get home?? Instal a code pad or give out more scan keys cause it's stupid it's only one given per family. Y'all think only one person leaves at a time ? People have lives and jobs. No one wants to come home from work just to not be able to get into their own home. 🤦 And what if we need things delivered?? How are they supposed to get in ?

I moved here last year thinking I was giving me & my children a better place to live but unfortunately that’s not the case I don’t like been out here anymore I feel trapped in my own home I don’t like my kids go outside and place because the kids out here are bad as ever it’s nowhere for my kids to play out here I don’t like going outside with them in the front I have no space in my apartment all my stuff is still in boxes & bags since I’ve moved here if they can give me a better apartment with a lot of space I would appreciate but far as me and my family safety I will be moving out and looking for something else better for me and my children I have neighbors above me who let they kids run all day & night we don’t get no sleep and if we do it’s after 12pm or 12am or we will leave just to get some peace and quiet I hate it here and I regret moving here management keep changing and you never know who’s in the office now I am getting out for me & my children as soon as I find something I am beyond ready to go go at this point it sucks out here!!!!!!

Been here for years pretty nice place I have never had any trouble with maintenance getting a job done they try to keep the grounds looking nice. The only problem I have around here is these people with these bad children knocking on your door and messing with your property and hanging out in the laundry room. But you can't blame the children it's up to the parents to keep their butts in line. I know they're under New Management and they're trying their hardest to get things straightened out around here everything takes time. Update yes I have put on there that they were under new management and it takes time but how much time do you need to get people to stop smoking illegal drugs in their apartment that seeps into mine and to get these parents to monitor their children.👎🏿 If it wasn't for just a little crap that I got to put up with that's easy to take care of this would be a nice place to live.
