1800 Broadway Apartments

Vanessa Rios and Mrs. Rose were absolutely amazing throughout our apartment search. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and kind from start to finish. During a time when Ryan and I really needed quick assistance, they stepped in right away and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They answered all of our questions promptly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported every step of the way. We truly appreciate how fast they worked and how much they genuinely cared about helping us find the right place. Thank you both so much for your help — we are beyond grateful!

I can’t recommend this place to anyone. Since the new management took over, living here has been nothing but a constant disappointment. It’s dirty and trashy here. There are multiple broken items around the complex and inside my apartment that have gone unrepaired for months. I have had a constant leak that now shows signs of mold that gets brushed off. The gates are almost always broken, creating ongoing inconvenience and concern because people walk in here and break into resident cars easily. I’ve submitted maintenance requests several times and made numerous calls, yet nothing ever gets resolved. Even worse, when I try to follow up, the staff is dismissive and rude, often saying they’re already aware of the issues. If management knows about these problems and still chooses not to fix them, it shows a complete lack of care for the residents. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel ignored and unheard. The lack of responsiveness, accountability, and basic upkeep makes it clear that resident concerns are simply not a priority.

I have lived at this apartment complex for three years. Unfortunately, since new management took over about a year ago, the overall quality and experience have declined significantly. The biggest issue is the lack of communication from management. Calls and emails frequently go unanswered, and when staff do respond, they often promise to follow up but never do. It has become extremely frustrating trying to get basic concerns addressed. There are also several ongoing property and safety issues that continue to be ignored. There have been multiple car break-ins, trash regularly piles up around the complex, and the gates and elevators are often broken or out of service. Instead of focusing on these major problems that affect residents’ safety and daily living, management seems to prioritize upgrades that do not improve quality of life, such as painting the building. Considering how high the rent prices are, the level of maintenance, security, and responsiveness is very disappointing. Based on my experience over the past year, I would strongly encourage anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere. Can't wait until my lease is up.

If you’re looking for a great place to live in a walkable, vibrant part of San Antonio, 1800 Broadway Apartments is a hidden gem. The leasing office staff is friendly, professional, and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. I always felt supported and well taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and thoroughly, which made a big difference when something needed attention. The apartments themselves are roomy and well-designed, with nice finishes in the kitchen and bathroom; I appreciated the washer/dryer in-unit and generous storage space. The location can’t be beat, easy access to downtown, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, plus convenient parking and good walkability. Overall: very enjoyable, comfortable living. If you value responsive staff, a great location, and a place that feels like home, 1800 Broadway is absolutely worth considering. Highly recommended!

New resident here! We are really happy with our move. From the apartment hunting, Andrea has been a heaven-sent! She is very responsive and helpful on our questions. Now, living here - no complains here. We are aware of some issues like the trash room getting filled - but I know everything is in the process of being improved. There will never be a perfect apartment right away, but for me and my husband - we know we made a great decision! For an apartment downtown with a lot of options available around - I think we made a great decision going with 1800 Broadway.
