Lived there for a year. Moved out of state. Great location, great amenities, modern apartments with security. Management works hard to handle issues that may come up. Nice place to live downtown.

After moving far away, deciding to move back\n To the downtown area has been the most wonderful and exciting experience ever, thanks to Victor. He is truly one in a million. He is so kind and professional in everything he does, he makes waking up in the mornings so exciting and beautiful since growing up in this neighborhood, all my life so happy to be back home. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the most hard working maintenance team I have ever seen. Thank you, Gio, and Aaron for always Being available and keeping our home safe and clean.my home sweet home!

This apartment complex is amazing! From the office to the maintenance department they really do a great job. I’ve been here for a month and I am already looking forward to staying here for awhile. Anytime I’ve needed assistance Mr. Victor and his group of professionals have taken care of me immediately. The amenities are top quality and I absolutely love the location. I have even recommended it to friends. Getting in was an easy process. Love it here! Thank you Victor & 100 Labor 👏
