Dina and Amber are the absolute AWESOME-EST and they do a great job selling the property in a very safe-feeling environment way. The units are a good bargain for the money (who doesn't want a house that is the same price of a lot of apartments?) and Dina and Amber are really are the perfect people to sell it. They're awesome! And you won't regret coming here if you are on the fence about it! Hope that helped! 😄

From the very beginning of my moving process, this team has been absolutely amazing. Every step of the way I felt supported, informed, and genuinely cared about. Moving can be stressful, but they made it exciting, smooth, and honestly something I looked forward to. I want to give special recognition to Angela, Dina, and Autumn. They are truly incredible. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference for me. They were always responsive, encouraging, and so genuinely happy for me as I prepared for my new place, which meant more to me than I can even explain. If you are looking for a team that is professional, welcoming, and truly invested in your experience, this is the place. I am so grateful for everything they’ve done to make this transition such a positive one for me. Thank you all so much!!!

My tour through YardHomes Meadow Lake was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, Autumn was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through every detail of the community. She explained the layout, amenities, and design features clearly, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The homes themselves were thoughtfully designed, well-built, and showcased quality finishes throughout. I was especially impressed by how the community blends comfort, functionality, and a peaceful atmosphere around Meadow Lake. The tour gave me a great sense of how much care and planning has gone into the development. Overall, it was a very informative and enjoyable experience, and it left me with a strong, positive impression of YardHomes Meadow Lake. Highly recommended.

From the moment I moved in, I’ve been blown away by how cozy and welcoming the entire community feels. The area is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly gives you that “home sweet home” vibe. The amenities are incredible—there’s so much to enjoy! Whether it’s relaxing by the pool or working out in the fitness center, everything is top-notch and well cared for. It really feels like they’ve thought of everything to make life comfortable and convenient. A huge shout-out to Autumn—she is absolutely amazing! She’s responsive, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she’s been quick to help and always with a smile. Honestly, Autumn makes living here even better! Everyone in the front office team is fantastic —professional, courteous, fun, and always ready to assist. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the community. 10/10 place for sure and happy to be living here :D xD :3 #swag

This property is beautiful and I love the concept of having a house with apartment amenities I had a unit that had the view of meadow lake and the leasing agent Dina is amazing. She helped from the very beginning with the whole process and Autumn was also great both great with communication and making you feel welcomed. I do want to talk about the property it was a new build and I had difficulties at the beginning my lease at my old apartment was ending and I was excited to move from an apartment to a home but yardhomes had power issues so my move in date got pushed back. It was a little bit of an inconvenience but I was still excited to move in. When I finally moved in and got settled I had so many issues anytime we would take a shower upstairs it would leak through the walls downstairs. I immediately called the front office and maintenance fixed the problem. Then we noticed the master bathroom shower door doesn’t shut correctly our kitchen sink faucet broke off one of the kitchen doors broke and we had issues with the stove. Since it was a new build we weren’t expecting to have all these problems it just seems like they rushed the job or used cheaper material and the prices are at over $2,000. Also if you live in a house by the lake that over looks the field the sunset views are amazing but beware of scorpions coming in your house and bugs.
