I love Rocksprings, I have been on the property for over a year. I’m renewing my lease here. They prices are affordable for what they offer. The community is kept up well and it’s quiet. It’s also near a park and elementary school.

I’ve had a amazing experience living here. Is been a year going to 2 years soon and I have nothing to say but how good is to live here, such a peaceful and warm place. Thank you so much for being a good team work at the Office, good people there.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but We’ve been living here for about 3 years now and the new management has been the best by far! The office staff and maintenance team are very nice and attentive. Maintenance came quickly to fix my dishwasher and was very helpful, professional, and friendly. He explained what the issue was and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I Really appreciate the great service! The office staff is amazing as well they have really made our experience soo much better!!

I’ve lived at Rock Springs Duplex for about two years, and until recently I’ve never had major concerns. However, my recent experience with the new leasing agent, Vangie, has been extremely disappointing. In my opinion, she has been consistently rude, unprofessional, and speaks to residents as if they are inconvenient rather than members of the community. One situation that stands out was when I came to her in regards to an ongoing plumbing issue (which Rock Springs duplex contracted a plumbing company to come out and fix) instead of reaching out to the company again or looking into the history of the repair, she shrugged me off and just started blaming the maintenance guys saying it's their fault it's not fixed and that they don’t know how to do anything and are “Lazy”. It felt like I was being dismissed instead of helped, and it created unnecessary frustration and delays. I also feel that her professional appearance is not appropriate for the front office. On multiple occasions, her outfits have seemed more suited for a night out than representing the leasing office. In my personal opinion, she often wears extremely low-cut tops that look two sizes too small, giving the impression that her clothing is about to burst at the seams. This does not present what I would consider a professional image for someone working in the front office. It reflects poorly on the property and doesn’t align with the standards I expect from someone in a leasing role. Meanwhile, the maintenance team Terrance and Axel have been doing an outstanding job! I have seen on multiple occasions Axel on foot WALKING down the street with a HUGE fridge on a dolly or washing machine to install in new units and I always see Terrance walking up and down the neighborhood in the morning picking up all kinds of trash to make our community better every day. The idea that these guys are “lazy” is completely crazy and unrealistic. They are hardworking, respectful, and take clear pride in what they do. They respond quickly, are respectful, and take pride in their work. In my opinion, the front office needs major improvement in professionalism, communication, and customer service, because the residents deserve much better.

Terrible management—I do not recommend this place. I lived here for several years and experienced multiple management teams, but this one has been by far the worst. The property became extremely noisy: neighbors played loud music late at night and very early in the morning, and people often held parties in their front yards. Dogs were frequently left outside unsupervised. Recently, I even saw the dog catcher’s truck on our block because a large dog had escaped due to the loose fencing behind the duplexes. Additionally, the duplex windows had black mold. When we moved out, we hired a professional cleaning service, yet the office still charged us for cleaning. Despite talking to them in person and asking why we were being billed when the unit was left clean and with only normal wear and tear, they still sent us to collections. We had already agreed on a payment date, but the very next day we received an email stating we had one month from our move-out date to pay. Shortly after that, we received a collections notice—even though we still had two weeks left before the one-month deadline and had already made arrangements with them. The secretary was extremely rude and practically raised her voice at us just for asking why we were being charged. Besides the cleaning fee, they billed us for “damage” to the bathtub, which was peeling. We had reported this issue to a previous management team years ago. They had repainted the tub, but the paint never fully dried. Even after three years, you could touch it and get paint on your hands. Naturally, we cleaned the bathroom regularly to prevent lime and mold buildup, but over time the poorly applied paint began to peel, and mold grew underneath. This was a maintenance issue from the very beginning, yet they still expected us to pay for it. Even the maintenance worker had told us this was not something residents should be charged for, as it had already been reported. We weren’t asking for our deposit back—we understood we had lived there for 10 years—but I never expected to be billed for something caused by their own poor workmanship. Honestly, I do not recommend these duplexes. The new staff member didn’t listen, raised her voice, and treated us disrespectfully. After so many years of paying on time and being good tenants, I expected at least a fair and respectful conversation, but that was not the case.
