She is the best property manager I have ever had

I used to live here with my family for a few months and unfortunately, my experience was pretty rough. The manager, Rebeca, was a big part of the problem. It seemed like she had her favorites, and if you weren't one of them, you were out of luck. She'd be super nice to certain people, but when I needed help, it was like pulling teeth to get anything done. And I wasn't the only one who felt this way - many of my fellow residents had the same attitude from her. It was like she'd created a toxic vibe, and it made living there really stressful. I'm still confused about her glowing reviews – maybe people are just afraid to speak up? The final straw was when they introduced this new internet policy, requiring everyone to ditch their own providers and pay for the building's service. Um, no thanks? It felt like a total cash grab, and I wasn't about to be held hostace. On the bright side, Antonio, the maintenance guy, was a lifesaver. He actually showed up, fixed things, and cared about getting things right. He made a huge difference in my experience, and I really appreciated his help. If you're looking for a place with a manager who plays favorites and a questionable business model, this might be the spot for you. But if you value your sanity and decent internet, keep looking.
