The Village at Arlington

To the person or person's that is in charge of this company or place of business. (FUTURE TENANTS PLEASE BEAWARE!) I need to let it be known that I went to this establishment one day and for the the first time in 2 years I was disappointed. I over heard with my own ears a lady by the name of Ms. Maria Castro. I seen this lady gossip and talking about her tenants. To the point that someone would sue her and the owners of this establishment for discrimination. This is a base on income property. This lady is way to comfortable talking about tenants and there issues. The problem is that it's in a gossiping way and not a concern way of the tenants. This lady is suppose to set an example for the residents of this property and the office she works for. I can't see how a company keep this woman around. To the owner of this company Maria Castro is way to comfortable with gossiping and being unprofessional to the tenants of this property. Respect goes a long way and because of people circumstances they look for this company to help them with housing not to be demean or made fun of.. If I see this again I will post this on all social media platforms and not just in reviews. Maria Castro needs some work ethic training and be considerate of who's around when she is talking and gossiping about her tenants.

I don’t live there yet, hopefully I get in soon or I’ll be homeless. I spoke to Pam she was very kind, very considerate, very helpful, and I feel she is really compassionate. Honestly I wouldn’t care about anything like a lightbulb or anything breaking. Everybody just please understand everyone is going through something right now. They are trying to make it work. They are trying to make it better. I could tell just by the way, I’ve been treated and it’s been amazing. Thank you so much for everything. That’s why I get five stars.

Used to be a good residence years ago. Now I have Been trying to get things fixed in my home for months nothing is being done about it maintenance man doesn’t do anything and staff isn’t doing anything. Also it’s a roach problem happening on one side of the building coming from a certain residential building and they still haven’t done anything about that either . Have a newborn baby coming soon and they aren’t doing anything anymore.

As of right now today is late. I have a fun in my kitchen and there's no emergency phone number for maintenance. This is why you have one star. But yeah I've been complained about things now for months that need to be fixed. But yeah I'm just so fascinated how there is no emergency phone number for maintenance. I really really don't understand this. So now I'm doing link with a flood in my kitchen which i don't know where it's coming from. My light fixture still isn't fixed. The left side of my stove still isn't fixed and the inside of my refrigerator door. My racks are still not fixed so now comes this water which probably just add the whole new problems but yet there is no emergency phone number to get in touch with maintenance

I live here now each time we get a new manager it gets more and more disorganized.Have been calling over and over to get a light bulb for bedroom they don't answer the phone no callbacks just disgusting
