Nice and small area! There are 3 restaurants and an ice cream parlor. I believe there was a nail salon also. Good amount of parking and its right off the toll way

Very clean area even though it's still under construction. Parking is hard to find during peak hours. Definitely a cool spot to hang out during good weather. I wish they had more shaded areas.

Mannys was great the food was great! Service was a little slow since they appeared understaffed but understandably with Covid and loss of food staff people. Parking can be tricky but will definitely be back! This area in Sachse needed this!

Currently overseeing the new builds for my clients with Ashton Woods. Ernie is beyond knowledgeable as he knows all of the ins and outs about the community. The building process has had its ups and downs but it’s to be expected in this market. I’m looking forward to seeing the completion. It’s coming up faster than we anticipated!

I have high expectations for this mixed-use development in Sachse. The idea of having apartments retail townhomes and single family along with hospitals and other amenities all in one area seems like a great attraction for the city of Sachse. It would be great to see a Trader Joe's pop up. The product line K Hovnanian Homes is introducing is going to be gorgeous. We will be offering both single-story and two-story floor plans. I'm so excited about our two-story plans with balconies. The future park for the development looks very appealing, per renderings, as well. Perfect city living location in a suburban area with great schools.
