On day 2 in my new apartment. I chose this apartment after touring 15 properties in person over a two-week period. I found my spot. Nice accomodations, close to the Metro station, with tons of amenities in the area.

Is it really possible to find a top-notch leasing professional with both STYLE and SUBSTANCE? Absolutely—if you are supported by Reggie. Just moved into the Reserve and Reggie made the entire process smooth and efficient. He is knowledgeable, empathetic, and understands the complexities of moving one’s entire life to a new state. Nothing fazed him and he quickly found solutions when little things cropped up. He gives you confidence in the Reserve and in his fellow team members. And yes—he has a lot of style (love those glasses!) and contagious good cheer. Reggie made all the difference. Highly recommended!!!

Living in this building has truly been a great experience so far. The location is unbeatable — close to everything!! But what truly makes this place feel like home is the warm and welcoming team that manages and maintains it. From the moment I toured the property, the leasing experience was smooth and reassuring. Renae, in particular, made my move-in seamless. She is a wonderful person — incredibly kind, professional, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Her dedication to ensuring residents are happy and supported really stands out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares. Service tech team is just as exceptional. Milton is not only highly efficient but also a joy to have around the building. Every service request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and thoroughly, with a positive attitude that makes all the difference. He’s reliable, respectful, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in top shape. It’s such a relief knowing that any issue will be taken care of right away. The front desk staff are equally friendly and helpful and always greeting residents with a smile. It's a great community where the people who work here care so much about making it feel like home. Highly recommend!

I have been living here for the last two years and absolutely love it! Everyone that works here is lovely and very responsive. Anytime I have had an issue with my apartment they have been quick and responsive. I would like to give a special shoutout to the leasing team (Donovan and Renae) for helping my roommate and I figure out a way to stay in this building for another year. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live to check this place out. Not only are the people and amenities fantastic, you also cannot beat the location.

As an Asian woman, I encountered discrimination at the leasing office. My concerns were compounded when, after inquiring about unannounced construction activities above my apartment - a practice I found to be unprofessional - I received a phone call from the vice manager. She admonished me, inexplicably instructing me not to speak to the front desk staff. I was left wondering what I had done to deserve such treatment. From these interactions, it's evident that the leasing office staff have discriminated against me, displaying an unacceptable level of customer service that I have never encountered before. As tenants of what was promised to be a luxury living environment, we find ourselves in a situation where the basic premises of luxury, privacy, comfort, convenience, and dedicated service have been significantly compromised. The recent closure of key amenities including the lounge, meeting room, media room, gym, and critically for some families, the bathroom facilities, directly contradicts the essence of luxury apartment living. These amenities were not just peripheral luxuries; they were essential features that influenced our decision to live here, impacting families, especially those with special health considerations. Moreover, the transparency and integrity of the leasing office and the landlord have come into question. We were informed, seemingly at the last minute, about construction plans that have led to these amenity closures, raising concerns about when these plans were conceived and whether there was a deliberate omission of this information during the leasing process. This lack of forthcoming information and the subsequent impact on our living conditions could be seen as misrepresentation, if not outright deceit, challenging the trust we placed in the management. Additionally, the cessation of monthly events further diminishes the community and value promised to us as tenants. The explanation of not having adequate space due to construction does not justify the loss of these events without any attempt at creative solutions or compensatory offerings. This raises questions about the allocation of budgets that were supposed to enhance tenant experiences and whether savings are prioritized over tenant satisfaction. In light of these grievances, it is only fair to demand an adjustment in the rent we are paying. Given the significant disparity between the services offered and those available, a reduction in rent or appropriate compensation is not unreasonable but a measure of fairness and acknowledgment of the diminished value we are currently receiving. Comparatively speaking, other properties in the vicinity offer better value without the distress of unfulfilled promises. I have a question for Tim Bouchard, who posted four months ago expressing happiness about the amenities. Are you currently living here? The building closed the gym, lounge, meeting room, etc., five months ago (see attached picture). Where did you enjoy these amenities? As a tenant, I'm eager to know the truth and the facts. These images clearly demonstrate the condition of the apartment at the time of my move-in, contradicting the claims that cleaning services were adequately performed prior to my occupancy.Further, there have been discrepancies regarding the timeline of upgrades and renovations communicated by your office, which is misleading and not reflective of the actual situation I encountered upon moving in. It is important to clarify that my concerns extend beyond financial implications; this is fundamentally about ethical business practices.
