The Place at Harvestree

This has been, without a doubt, the worst place I’ve stayed. I moved in recently and have only been here for about three weeks, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. The apartment has numerous issues, and the management shows little to no urgency in addressing maintenance requests. There doesn’t seem to be any defined timeline for resolving problems. Even after sending multiple emails and following up in person at the leasing office, I’ve received no meaningful resolution. The lack of responsiveness and accountability is very frustrating. On top of that, the property appears to have a significant pest infestation problem. While they send pest control occasionally, it feels more like a superficial fix rather than a real solution. Overall, the management’s approach gives the impression that they are not genuinely concerned about the living conditions of residents. I truly hope the situation improves over time, but based on my experience so far, I’m not very optimistic. If conditions don’t get better, it may be best to consider other housing options by the time the lease is up. In the worst case, I would consider escalating these concerns to the appropriate housing authorities that handle tenant issues, as basic living standards should be taken seriously. I would strongly advise others to carefully consider before choosing to live here.

Rosanna the best manager ever, she is helpful, respectful and do everything right

We are living at The Wexley Apartments for a long time and currently reside in building 2503. While the previous management was excellent, the new team has taken things to a whole new level! The maintenance team is incredibly responsive and fixes any issues immediately. A special shoutout to the new office manager and Rosana—they are both so courteous, helpful, and truly go above and beyond for the residents. We are extremely happy living here and highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home!

I lived here for the last two years and it was a comfortable and reliable place to stay. The building is kept in good shape, and any small problems were fixed quickly. I also want to thank Rosanna for being so helpful during our lease. I would recommend this apartment to others.
