The Park on Preston

I’ve been living here for five months now, and I believe moving here was the best decision I’ve ever made. The area is peaceful, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the very beginning, the management was transparent about pricing and the process, which was a huge plus since this was my first apartment. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

I recently moved here from Chicago, and my experience has been really positive so far. The leasing application process was straightforward, and communication was clear at every step. Dejanira helped me a lot throughout the process, and Desire was incredibly patient with all of my questions. The apartment complex is clean, organized, and well-maintained. My move-in experience with Dejanira was smooth, and the unit was neat and clean when I arrived. The community is quiet, even on weekends, which I really appreciate. Overall, it feels like a very comfortable place to live!

I properly ended my lease at this complex and paid everything I owed in full with no damages caused. Over a year later, I discovered they sent $1,008 (my month’s rent amount) to collections with zero notice. They had my phone number and email, yet never contacted me once about any supposed balance after I moved out. Instead, they sneakily sent it to a debt collector. There was no legitimate reason for this charge, and selling a questionable debt to collections can seriously damage someone's credit. Be very cautious renting here. I would not trust this complex.
