I was scheduled a 1 o’clock tour by their AI Assistant because they don’t answer the phone and the AI Assistant just takes a message if you call. So I drive from Lewisville to Dallas (45 minutes) only to find that there’s a gate with a code that you must have to get in. Of course no one gave me the code. The AI Assistant refused to give me the code and no one answered my call or returned my message. I don’t care how great the apartments are how big or spacious or how many amenities the community has. I’m not going to rent an apartment. I can’t even tour and I’m not going to fight with AI Assistants to get any help from my leasing office. What happens if there’s an emergency, if I need maintenance, or if I just need to speak to someone in the leasing office I shouldn’t have to go through this mini hoops to do that. Perhaps they should try a more human centric approach.
