the apartments themselves are trash but the maintenance tech jackie was awesome. i give them 5 stars. made sure everything was done for me I requested even when the office staff did not communicate properly! truly went above and beyond. thanks jackie!

This has been the worst apartment experience I have had in over 25 years of renting. My rent has always been paid on time, yet ongoing issues have been consistently mishandled or ignored. I was leased an apartment different from the one I was shown, and due to time constraints proceeded with the move. From the beginning, the apartment has had a persistent roach problem. Pest control is not routine; residents must submit service requests. Maintenance response has been unacceptable. The stove fan took approximately three months to repair. Broken kitchen and bathroom drawers took around six months. A leak above the bathtub was never repaired; water was shut off elsewhere, but the ceiling damage remains. Most concerning, a window has been broken for roughly nine months. Multiple maintenance requests were submitted and later closed without repair. I raised this issue with multiple office staff members and directly with the property manager. The window remains broken, contributing to higher utility costs and difficulty regulating the apartment temperature. Over the course of this lease, I paid nearly $16,000 in rent. No rent credit, compensation, or alternative unit was offered. Exterior lighting on the building frequently does not work, the community gate has rarely functioned during my residency, and pet waste is often left throughout the property. Requests for corporate contact information have gone unanswered. Based on my experience and similar concerns expressed by neighbors, I would not recommend this property. There is just no way the recent positive reviews are valid. They have to using bots, or just writing them to try a combat the bad reviews that they know are true. I am really considering seeking legal advice about this situation. That is how bad it actually has been.
