Love it here! Very friendly environment/ neighbors. Lots of things to do around from food places to parks - marquis in the office was super friendly and assisted with a lot of my needs! Other office staff is very nice as well 10/10 would recommend here!

I’ve had a really positive experience living at Flats at Palisades, especially because of the office staff especially leasing agent Marquis. Communication has always been amazing. I recently texted about the dog park being really dirty, and within just a few minutes I got a response letting me know it would be taken care of. That kind of responsiveness really stands out. Marquis has also been incredibly helpful during my time here. He’s always kind, professional, and willing to help whenever I have questions. Recently he helped remind me how to submit a maintenance request so I could get the light in my bathroom repaired, which I really appreciated. One thing that means a lot to me personally is how welcoming they’ve been toward my dog, Samson. Everyone has been so supportive and encouraging with his training, and that’s something I’ll always be grateful for. It’s nice living somewhere that genuinely feels welcoming and caring.

Marquis, Kelsey and Joy have been MORE than amazing during our stay here at the Flats! Super welcoming, very resourceful and have taken very good care of us.

I have lived here for three and a half years now and although a lot has changed over the years, this apartment has always been a safe and comfortable place to live. Some major changes include new management and additional charges for parking, lockers, etc. The office team has always been easy to reach by calling, but I like that they have added the option to text them, too. Management has made a true effort to improve the grounds and I have noticed an improvement in the cleanliness of amenities, like the barbecue grills. James in particular is really quick about getting to your maintenance request and he is very personable. I have also noticed more cars being towed, especially ones that have been sitting in the lot, unmoved for months. I think overall they are doing a good job and I enjoy the events that have been hosted for residents, like last winter when they had a party and gave out several prizes. Every apartment is going to have their pros and their cons, but the positives greatly outweigh the negative (cost, additional fees).
