The Heights on Frankford

I can’t believe how a nice property have stupid problems doors open that means traffic running 24/7 no matter your security, drunk people every corner and loud music and always a stranger using your parking spot for free. Definitely don’t waste your money here!

•Gates do not work since before we moved here, and they have been “repairing” them since, and i have never seen anyone repairing the gates. We have to pay the complete rent on time, but they can’t repair a simple thing that is included on the payment, and as far as for me, it doesn’t give me peace or i don’t feel that i’m in a safe place, even if there are two police officer at night. •The hallway that takes you to the mailboxes smells like pee, all the time. •green areas have dog poop and trash. •Tenants smoke inside their apartments and the smell goes all the way to the other units •Buildings hallways are always dirty. •They claim to be “luxury” renovated apartments, but the materials and they way the unit are renovated it it’s cheap and looks cheap; our cabinets’ paint comes off even with a damp rag when we have to clean, the caulking is poorly done, etc. •The pool is always green. •and forget to have text communication with the leasing office after you move in, it’s going to be nonexistent. •ohh, and i almost forgot loud neighbors, going over the speed limit. •and to add on, the gym, is only open on business hours, when lots of people have to work before the leasing office opens and get home after they close. Edit: We recently moved out of there, and we deep cleaned the apartment, and they still charged us to get someone to get to clean it, and also charged us carpet cleaning, when we left, the carpet was clean, no stains, no smells, no anything and still got charged. Our unit #12305 ALWAYS, ALWAYS, smelled like cigarettes, and weed, and we didn’t even smoke. And the complex is infested with german roaches.

I have lived here for over a year and have seen changes managers come and go but this office team is by far been the most helpful. Marytza has been such a huge help and Kat has also done so much to help me recently. This office staff is amazing!! Thank you!

I tried to lease an apartment but on the day we were supposed move in, like 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment to get the keys handed over they called and informed that they saw pests in the apartment. We had a hard time talking to the manager and all they said was they can cancel the lease and give us complete refund. All of this happened like 8 months ago and I still haven’t reversed my full refund check. One of the worst apartments ever in dallas. You guys need to shut down your company and hand over this community to some company who cab take better care. They deleted my review once so posted another one.
