At first, I thought I was going to leave a not-so-nice review here for the Savannah at Gateway 55+ community. Until today, that is. Jennett, the acting manager, stepped up to help settle the issue. She listened to me when I explained my problem. She asked questions to ensure she understood what was bothering me. Jenette stopped what she was doing when I arrived in her office. It was taking some time for her to put everything together to see the whole picture. She explained what she had at the time and assured me she would have a definite answer for me no later than Friday. I agreed and went on my way. Within the hour, Jennett called me and was able to correct and resolve my issue. She treated me with respect and remained calm even when I was showing my frustration. I appreciate Jennett very much! I was only at Savannah at Gateway for a year and was a happy tenant. I didn't experience any of what some of these reviews imply. I actually loved my unit (a studio) and the rent was fair. I am still employed and wasn't able to attend the events that were happening; however, I did see several of my neighbors going to the different events. I moved only to be closer to my family.

She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of our questions were answered. Yolanda is incredibly kind, patient, and resourceful, and it’s clear she truly cares about helping others. Her professionalism and compassion made the whole experience smooth and stress-free for my family member. The Savannah at Gateway is lucky to have her, she’s a wonderful asset to the community and a great example of what excellent service looks like. Thank you, Yolanda, for all that you do and for making a difference!

I just moved into the apartments and so far I am enjoying them.. My apartment is nice, my appliances were new and the property is clean and quiet. I enjoyed working with Ms. Yolanda. She handled my move in process from start to finish. She answered all of my questions and prepared me with the Ins and outs of the community. She took the time to work with my family when I couldn’t be present and I am truly grateful.. Savannah at Gateway has a great resource in Ms. Yolanda..

Leticia Munoz recently joined our community as the new Community Manager just about two weeks ago, and I’m already seeing noticeable improvements. She has brought a fresh, professional energy to the role and is clearly committed to making a positive impact. Leticia is attentive, responsive, and proactive in addressing concerns. It’s clear that she cares about the community and is working hard to ensure things run smoothly. Her professionalism and approachable attitude have not gone unnoticed, and it's refreshing to see someone so dedicated right from the start. Looking forward to seeing even more great things from her!
